Always slow at the counter. Ive been several times now, once to have them install tires, second time the very next day to have them tighten ALL of the stem valves (I went to my car for work the next morning to find that all of my tires were flat), a third time when one of the tires developed a bubble (which they told me it was "most likely" caused by road hazard and that I didnt buy that coverage. During that conversation I asked three times what coverages I did have and they skirted around the question and never answered it.), and now the fourth time I went to have them install the tire that I had to order online myself because they didnt have it when I made my third visit, but I didnt get the tire installed that time because after waiting in line for 15 minutes they quoted me a 3 hour wait. Im done with them.

The tire/auto department seems understaffed. We have been waiting at least 35 minutes in line to even be helped. The employees do not seem to understand technology well or getting customers registered for service "quickly". There is one person behind the register who seems to be doing several tasks with each individual customer opposed to having a dedicated person behind the register.

One of the worst ever service that i got, I was three time over there but they cant mount a tire!!!
