Wow I am actually so disappointed with this business. Ive always known that they overcharge and push services on you that you dont need. Never expected outright lying. I went in for AC servicing because my AC started making a weird noise one day. After 45 minutes they tell me that the issue was a bad AC blower motor caused by a dirty cabin air filter and that it would cost over $300 for them to replace the motor. My boyfriend found this ridiculous and offered to try to take a look at it ourselves. We literally just found some YouTube videos showing us how to take a look at the blower motor. Immediately we notice there was a napkin that had somehow fallen in from the glove compartment. There is no way "professionals" at firestone did not catch this. We removed the napkin and the noise immediately went away. Ive always gotten my car servicing done with them even though i knew they were a little overpriced because I expected high quality professional service in return. Now knowing that I cant trust them, I will definitely never go back to another firestone.

tl;dr They lied to us and got us to pay an outrageous amount off money and didnt fix anything. My girlfriend took vehicle to Firestone to have her brake pads replaced knowing that it had some regular maintenance that needed to be done (100k mile vehicle). After dropping it off, we received a phone call saying that the control arm and ball joints needed to be replaced and the tires needed to be aligned and the brakes didnt need to be replaced. She reluctantly agreed to let them do it. $1700 later and two new tires that they didnt even say they were replacing, the same problems were happening (popping sound in front axle, squeaky brakes, and brakes locking up). She went to an independent mechanic who used to work for Firestone who told us that they caused more damage than they fixed and they didnt install the control arm correctly; bolts also werent fastened correctly. Also the brake pads were WAY overdue and the axle needed to be replaced. He fixed everything that needed to be fixed for $700 and the car runs like new. Avoid this Firestone location.

The first time using their service. Its very disappointing. When I arrived I asked, how long will it take to do the service. The rep there said its about an hour. So, I decided to walk around the block instead of sitting in the waiting room. When I came back, its about half an hour later, my car still parked at the same spot. I waited, and waited. I said, I need to be at work by 10AM (I arrived 8.10AM). Then, I went out to see how the mechanic work. I found out the mechanic was smoking instead of working on my car. Finally, its done by 10.10 which is two hours, double the time that its promised. To make the case worst, after its done, I drove the car and just a few feet away from the shop, something drop from the bottom of the car. I dont what it was, but a little part drop. I need to go to a different place to check it out, because I dont want to have disappointment like others.

Will never ever ever in a million years go back. Took advantage of me being a teenager and charged me double what the price of the job truly was. Didnt even complete my alignment, then told me I couldnt get it refunded for a job they didnt do! Dont be fooled these guys are morons. Please for heaven sake dont ever ever ever EVER EVER EVER GO TO FIRESTONE. Also, after having my sparks plugs replaced the whole car shakes from side to side which is great because now that I spent all of my hard earned money on spark plugs, $500!!!!!!! Yes! $500!!! A $7 part ended up costing me $501.17. And the car runs worse than before! DONT BE FOOLED!!!

Horrible does not begin to describe they way people are treated by their staff. We took our car in for one thing only and they told us we need other stuff done, however the other stuff is something we get handled at the dealership on our service maintenance schedule. They were told specifically not to anything but replace the relay and flush coolant if needed. Some how they took it upon themselves to go ahead and do they other stuff and stick us with a several hundred dollar bill. They now have jeopardized my car staying manufacturer certified and lower my resale value by thousands of dollars. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

11/08/16 Excellent customer service that is not common today. My tire pressure light came on this morning while driving to work. Went to this location on my lunch hour and was told to drive around to the back where they checked all four tires, added air to each, and told me since all four had the same pressure it was probably just due to the change in weather temps. No charge and sent me on my way. If I do need an actual repair I will be returning just based on this experience. Thank you!

Matt and Charlie have taken care of my vehicles for years. Their staff is well trained and can handle any of your service needs. They are honest and only recommend what is needed by mileage or services that are focused on keeping my vehicles in top shape. They run tire specials every month and have a customer satisfaction guarantee. Firestone also has nationwide Warranty they stand behind as well. This is the top repair shop in Germantown in my opinion.

I will not go back. They sold me tires I didnt need and broke my van door when they put them on. I had to go back and get road hazard added because they forgot to add it to my original bill. I had to go back again to get the door repaired and they charged me to "fix" the other van door that I didnt need repaired and that I didnt give them permission to repair. And, they never fixed the door that was broken -I have to go back again!

Buying tires isnt really a lot of fun. Lets call it like it is. But this team has reliably helped me out through the years on a variety of cars and car tires. I belong to Costco and this store is typically more cost effective and it has been more convenient than trying online orders with local installation. ...it sort of helps that there is a Dinstuhls right around the corner to get a chocolate fix while I wait.

I am from Alabama and had a brake failure. They were willing to give me a ride to my hotel when they couldnt get the parts on a Friday Night. The next day Saturday they finished a major brake job by 9:45 am so I was able to continue my family vacation. Promp, professional, and effecient, I wish these guys were located close to my home so I could use them more often.

Its unfortunate you cant leave less than one star. Watned to mount two tires and two rims, guy couldnt tell me how much it was or if they could do it. Waited 10 minutes for any of the other 3 people sitting outside to provide any response. No one acknowledged me being there, so I left. 40 years in Germantown and the service hasnt changed one bit.
