RUDE RUDE RUDE... went in to look at 4 wheelers and the old man in the garage area was just RUDE and he LOST A SALE. My husband and I are looking to buy a 150 or 250cc "CASH" and the man assumed it was for my child who was with me... he already has one and I told the guy that but he was rude and said that whoever sold us the one for our son shouldnt have and that he needed the little 50cc in there... I AM LOOKING FOR A BIGGER ONE FOR MY HUSBAND, 22 yr old, ME and (possibly my 9 yr old to ride along) but he made assumptions and LOST A $2000.00-$3000.00 SALE!! STUPID STUPID STUPID

I have never purchased a vehicle from McGinley, however I know a couple of members of their staff. I can say from most resent personal experience, Rachel Armistead, is doing an amazing job of getting McGinley on the map. Her pictures of whats in stock are awesome and her videos will make you laugh until your side hurts. She is nailing some social media advertising in a serious way! I do hope to purchase a vehicle in the future and I hope they can find what Im looking for. If you are looking for an up beat, yet professional staff... go to McGinley. :)

I purchased a brand new Dart from them. I have 6,000 miles and needed a oil change. I also noticed there was a bulge in my front tire. When I took it in the service clerk told me the oil change would be $38. I also mentioned the front tire. When I picked it up the clerk said the service manager said I hit something and he would not cover it as a defective tire (didnt hit anything) and my $38 oil change.....almost $78. I will never do business with them again!

Do not ever use their night drop off. Took my RAM in for spark plug replacement when I got it back the evaporator core was shot. The plugs are extremely frustrating to replace, core return runs adjacent to the plugs. They disingenuously paid for labor and I got to pay $350 in parts. I will never go back! Which is unfortunate because theyre Yamaha service is awesome great guy that runs the shop.

I have a pair of Sea-Doos that needed a tune up, Id called several places, but the prices were outrageous so I stopped by here one day and told them what was going on and they took care of the issue for a 1/4 of what everyone else was going to charge me. Talk to Wes and hell get you taken care of!

Best sales people ever! After being burnt by slick sales people in St. louis (Royalgate Chrysler) it was refreshing to go to McGinley and find a professional atmosphere complimented with southern like hospitality. I got the price I wanted and was in and out in two hours!

Sales staff dont seem very eager to assist you. Every time Ive been in there, Ive never been approached by a salesperson to ask if they could help me find anything. Ive always had to go find the product myself or ask a salesperson for help.

It is a 1 as of now. Bought cars there 15 years. Recently got a used vechicle. I trust them after 15 years. Instead i hsve an as is purchase that has issues there is no way the shop could have missed. Now we will see what they do anout it.

What a joke! Charged me over $100 and didnt fix the problem when I asked for the problem to be fixed because I had already paid them to fix it they told me they would charge me another $200 WHAT A RIP OFF will not be returning
