I have been a customer for years. As soon as I arrived there on December 16, 2016 (Invoice number 865872) to get an oil change, I was told that I drove off without paying on my previous visit. The employees were in the shop are and I was in the door to the lobby so all of the employees present, and the customers present are looking at me like Im a thief. How is driving off even possible when they have your car on the rack and you pay before you drive off. Now Im embarrassed and ticked off because I always pay my bills. The guy comes in and tells me to pull around to get my oil changed. I said I would after he shows me where I drove off without paying. He looked my up via my phone number and said he could not find where I had not paid, but he says that Dave said I didnt pay. Even if I had driven off they have my phone number and could have called me and said that there was a problem with the transaction. I would have gladly driven back and taken care of the matter. Very unprofessional and to this day, I have never gotten an apology. Sad way to conduct a business.

I called at the last minute trying to come in after not being able to be seen anywhere else in the city. I called here and he told me to come right in. I pulled my car in and was helped immediately. I had water on the floorboard of my passenger side which was draining inside the car from my air filter. Two years ago when this happened, the mechanic at another shop charged me $45 to drain it and here they did it for free. ($45 was definitely a rip off and if I remembered the name of the shop Id say, but it was a small little shop in Memphis) The customer service here was great and he was very swift with draining my car of that excess water. And he let me watch the entire process. Id recommend this place to anyone based on my experience today.

I was stuck in the rain across the street when my car was getting looked at and the mechanic got in his car and picked me and my daughter up. Thank you! but now its 3 weeks later and Im back! My oil light was coming on and off since I left and I kept ignoring it so finally I came back and they said I have no oil in my car. When I spent over $300 three weeks ago to fix my oil leak and he also did my oil change. So they told me to be here 8am so they can check it again. But took them almost 10 minutes to open up! But they found and fixed my oil leak so now im good!!! Thank you

I always come to this location because the service here is great. I went in on today and there was several things wrong with my car. David gave me a reasonable price for all the work. I cant believe someone would put a bad review for this location. If I would have went somewhere else my total would be 325 dollars more than what he charged me. He helped me because I was having a bad day. You can say what you want but I will always come here. Thanks so much David and staff.

THE MGMT. AND STAFF IN THIS LOCATION IS COMPRISED OF IDIOTS. IVE NOT BEFORE WITNESSED NOR EXPERIENCED SUCH UTTER IGNORANCE AND RUDENESS EXISTING WITHIN A RETAIL VENUE. THE COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE NONEXISTENT. THE ABILITY TO PERFORM THE MOST ROUTINE OF MECHANICAL PROCEDURES IS ABSENT. AND COMMON COURTESY IS ABSOLUTELY ALIEN. FOR THE SAKE OF SAFETY, AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST!

Its 2:25 p.m. and I called the one on Lamar to get in for service today and was told since no one has come in for the day that he was closing BUT the hours states closing is at 6:00. Poor management. How can a business dictate when a costumers vehicle can get service when the business has a set time for operations but choose to close doors for personal reasons.

An employee of mine took a vehicle in for an oil change an ended up paying over $1200.00 for brakes and rotors. I asked them to return "OLD" rotors and quickly noticed that the replaced rotars were in excellent condition, probably because they where just replaced 2 Weeks Prior. RIPP OFF ALERT!

I had been going there for over two years now, but I noticed lately that the staff has gotten ruder and most importantly my oil light comes on no sooner than I leave the lot, my oil is obviously not being changed and Im sure it doesnt help that Im a woman. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Came in there with a stuck oil plug. They got it loose and changed the oil and filter in a matter of minutes. Where very helpful and gave me some quotes on some future work. Their price was cheaper than any other quote Ive gotten. Ill use them again. Seem to be nice guys.
