I get two vehicles serviced by Firestone CAC at any given time. I have been a loyal patron for many, many years. I figured after bad experiences in the past at the Southaven/Town Centre location, I would switch to this one. Well, this Southaven/Stateline location tells you its best to set an appointment for timely/priority service. That is a JOKE! I set an online 8am appointment (btw, there is never an option available for when they actually open at 7AM, which I would prefer). Anyway, I put in this appointment a week before, for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. So I get there on time on appt day, and I am told I will be in and out in about an hour and 30mins. Well, it was nearer to 11 before I was out of there. Next, I go for a battery check, because it wasnt holding a charge (battery not from Firestone). Im told I need a new alternator. This is Firestone CAC, so I trust and go with it. That set me back $400 (w/air filter that they are always recommending needs replacing). Well, my car has been skipping, missing, trimbling ever since the new alternator was installed. And might I add that after hours passed with no follow up call (I took the car in at 7am), I called around 11am, it is at that time that I was told that a bad "new" alternator was delivered. So they had to wait for another to be delivered. Anyway, it seems to me that you dont get a status until YOU call THEM to check for status. I just dont know how much longer I will continue to patron Firestone CAC. Weighing the pros/cons at this point, I would have to say that my Firestone CFNA is the only pro. But now I have the same six months /no interest with AAMCO Total Car Care. So I at least have a different service option....even though both companies are crazy high with even the most basic of services. I just dont like poor service. And lately, I have been getting it from Firestone CAC...very disappointing.

Went in for an alignment and a vehicle inspection but I call ahead to see if they had time to do it since I like this location better. So I told the about the 12 month warranty that a different location had offer me but he said they didnt offer it but they will give it to me since the other one was going to give it to me and to come on down. When I got there the same man I spoke to said that he called other location(HacksCross) to confirm what I said but they said they dont offer it anymore. So I decided to go ahead and let them work on my truck. So before they got to it I decided to give the HacksCross location a call to verify what I believe to be a trust Firestone employee statement but it turned out that he lied to me. I got my keys and left and went to the HacksCross location and the service theirs was a lot better professional and cheaper.

Ive been back and forth between Mathis Goodyear and Firestone over the years. I like the idea of nationwide service when I travel so I use these national chains for their warranties. Mathis Goodyear has gotten terrible over the last few years so I went back to Firestone and its been great. I mainly use the Wolfchase location and they are good but Ive dropped into this Southaven shop and they are great, too. Check the internet for coupons because they will take more than one at a time which saves $$$. So far, Im pleased with Firestone -- they seem to truly focus on customer service which is virtually impossible to find these days.

I took my car to Firestone & they were supposed to change my oil & give me an estimate because it was shaking. The Estimate was almost $4k. I took it to Broken Spoke & asked them for a second opinion. Once they gave me an estimate for $800, I told them to fix...but not to worry about the oil, because I just had it changed. As I was leaving, it started acting funny again. Long story short, Firestone never changed the oil, lied about the multiple repairs needed, barely put the oil cap back on, left parts off, & will soon face one angry woman. Firestone in Southaven, Ms. Is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

WARNING!! DO NOT USE this company ! One of their employees hit my vehicle with another customer vehicle as I was pulling into the parking lot to have it serviced! Not only did all the employees disappear and not one came out to see if I was ok but I repeatedly asked for a mgr and was told no. You should never be harassed and intimidated when trying to give a company your business! I called the police only to find out it was private property and nothing could be done..Now, The owner refused responsibility with my insurance DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

Went there to get tires rotated. They told me that my idler arm and pitman arm was bad. On top of that, they showed me my lower ball joints needed replacing. I had them replaced in November by Christian Brothers and had a warranty. After taking to Christian Brothers, they saw that the boots on my ball joints been punctured. Come to find out, this Firestone shop damaged my new ball joints and voided my warranty. They will damage parts on your vehicle just to make a buck!!! I will NOT go to Firestone ever again for ANY mechanical work.

I usually use then all the time. When I use to get alot of work done on my impala, they would offer you a deal. They would even apply a coupon. Now under the NEW management, they move very slow and squeeze every single penny they can out of you. The Genuine Customer Service that use to be there is NOT there anymore its all about the ALMIGHTY DOLLAR and to top that they usually have to do the work twice because when they fix it the first time its ALWAYS malfunctions again.
