I am giving this store one star because I cant give them ZERO which they deserve. Please stay with me...I was driving along, picked up a nail and got a flat tire. That is when I realized I didnt have my cell phone with me and was stranded. Two nice people stopped to help me air up my tire so I could make it to the Firestone store. I was upset but oh so thankful to get there. I walked in at 3:20 on Sunday, July 3rd and there was no one in the waiting area but they were working on cars in the garage. The man at the desk immediately looked up at the clock when I opened the door and shook his head before I even said what the problem was. I was alone, I was a stranded woman, I asked if they patched tires and he never loses THE LOOK on his face, the its too bad lady we are out of here at five oclock look. He says they cant do it because there is no way they can guarantee it will be done by closing and we are closed tomorrow! WHAT? Seriously, I barely got here on the tire! Its an emergency! Im trying not to cry and ask, if there is another place nearby. He tells me yes but Ive already heard they are booked solid too. Still no sympathy, no let me see if I can get someone to just look at it! NOTHING! I am a nice person. I am a good customer. I have been loyal to this store for ten years and used them for all of my tire and alignment needs. I have spent hours and thousands of dollars at this location! They could care less about anyone except what time they can clock out! I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW! I hope if you are reading this that you reconsider using this store in Mandeville! After sitting in my car and crying for five minutes, I went two miles down the road to an obscure place called NTB tire center that was so packed there wasnt a parking place. The manager there was slammed, super nice and promised he would help me! And the man that walked in after me with the same problem- nail in his tire- got the same amazing service!

Brought my husbands car here because his tire was leaking air. It turns out his rim was bent, so they ordered a new one and it arrived three days later on Tuesday. Turns out the man who was taking car of our order (Abraham) ordered the wrong color rim, so he had to send it back. Then decided his manager (Robert) should handle our order. Robert called Thursday saying his rim was in. Okayyy, so we work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday all day right? So we bring it to be put on Sunday. Well, the guy (Don) calls us saying the rim isnt here and were like ¿¿¿whattt??? So this is the third time we been to this Firestone in Mandeville right? Well we get here and my husband is having the guy walk through the process with him, where his old rim is, blah blah. Well they look at his old tire and the man is saying how thats the old rim on it and then they look in the box thats being sent back and THERE IS THE OLD RIM. So the other employees already had the brand new rim ON THE TIRE. The guy (Don) couldnt tell the difference between an old, bent rim and a brand new, no scratches, shining rim. The big questions I have left is, HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS? We will never be back here. Id rather drive five hours to another place then two minutes to this one. Everyone, please do yourself a favor and take your car to people who know what theyre doing.

Drove to man Deville from slidell because they claimed they had the tires I wanted and reserved them for me and told me if I was there at eight I would be pulled right in. They didnt really have my tires. I settled for a higher price tire. I didnt get pulled in till nine. The tires they put on they put on backwards . I specifically was looking for white letter tires, which they claimed to reserve originally, and picked another white letter tire. They turned the lettering in even though the ticket had instructions. Was pulling to the right badly and was told alignment checked and OK. Just had aligned at another Firestone and no pull. Couldnt reset tire monitor. Was told I had to drive it a while. Not true. Stopped somewhere else and they had no problem, and even told me why Firestone couldnt do it. While I was there an older man was watching and asked the employee if they were fixing g his right rear tire and the employee said yes. Then the man asked what the reason was that all the tires were removed from his vehicle. Dont go there!

I spoke to the manager who tells me that he has a special technician works on classic cars and only charged me about 179 for the lifetime alignment. my wife brings in my 1967 Mustang and the manager states that he has to charge her per hour to do a front end alignment and doesnt know how many hours it will take to do the front of the line that is a rip off thats like handing someone a blank check and telling them to write whatever amount they want. or is this how they treat their women who come in to get serviced rip them off. I strongly recommend not to use this Firestone if youre a woman or have any kind of car problems. One star to many. Firestone in Mandeville Louisiana... I NOW KNOW WHERE TO GO, Tire Kingdom is a few blocks from my home, I wouldnt go there if they were giving tires away, the management (Jay) is a real piece of work and looking at the store as I pass by I dont know why corporate keeps him. I started going to Firestone, sorry to say I basically got the same treatment and lies from John and Rene, one lies and the other swears to it. All they want to do is sell you things that you dont need and they are very persistant. I believe these guys must have worked at Tire Kingdom at one time. I ended up at Tire World, I wouldnt be surprised to know that the workers there are the owners, I was treated with respect and honesty. Its a nobrainer...as to who will work on my cars next time.

Highly aggravated due to being lied to on the phone by Rich. I was told they had no work and to bring my car right in for a brake job, and it could be done in under an hour. I arrive and he steps out and a young woman behind the counter helps me who was very nice. She takes my information down and passed my keys and info the the service area. A group of guys are talking, and doing nothing. Another guy is busy playing on his cell phone right by my keys. A different guy is just walking around doing nothing as well. I then ask for someone to start on my car, and am told this 60 minute job is going to be at least 2 and a half hours. I asked for my keys and left.
