Took my 10 year old car in because of a noise coming from the front right wheel well. Firestone inspected my car and recommended a repair. However the noise was still there. I wondered if I was getting the run around and took my car back in for another round. Upon further inspection, it turned out I had a couple of bad motor mounts. Aretha heard my concerns regarding the first unnecessary repair and worked with me to come to a more than fair compromise for the work that needed to be done. After speaking with Aretha and getting the work done I am very happy with them. They care about the quality of their work and maintaining customer relations. Ill be using them for future work and would recommend them to friends. One downside to this location is they are quite busy. Be prepared to wait or drop your car off.

Been there 3 times and 2 out of 3 has been terrible. I would avoid if possible. I would drive an extra 30 min to go to another firestone. Had an alignment done which was worst after they worked on it than prior. Made an appointment to have it redone and the appointment window was three and half hours long. It would have been great if they told me it was over a 3 hr window. Went to the park firestone without an appointment and they fixed the alignment and had me out in 30 min and were apologetic for the service at this place and the multiple errors they made. There is sense of "you are not going to rush me or over work me" at this firestone. Avoid if possible.

My experience with this Firestone was great. My 2005 Toyota Sienna minivan needed a new timing belt, water pump, serpentine belts, tires, and alignment. Everything was done in one day and my family and I hit the road two days later for a 4,250 mile holiday roadtrip and we had absolutely no problems. Their prices were just as competitive as others that I had quoted. They were easy to work with and now my Toyota Corolla needs a new catalytic converter and Ill be calling them for my first quote to compare others to. Ill likely choose them if their quote is even remotely competitive because theyve won my confidence now.

I was passing through and had a real problem with one of my tires. It was 4:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Every tire shop was trying to close and Mike said bring my truck by. He emediatly had it on a rack and got my new tires mounted and aligned. Mike was very knowledgeable of all the services Firestone offered and how to really help people get the best from their experience. I really appreciate what the guys did for me there by getting me back on the road and to my destination.

The wait time is horrible they need more techs and they need a class in customer service they take there sweet time in the shop and no one cares how long you wait they do not care about there customers I was told a hour wait and it was 3 plus hours no one is in a hurry at this place its like everyone is in slow motion 3 hours for a simple oil change is pathetic I would never recommend coming here

I just moved to th area fr Miami, FL + as 1 of my tires was suddenly going flat I pulled in to this auto center~it didnt matter to them that it was right before closing. They fixed th problem + made sure my drivers area was clean fr where th tech had to step. All this done w/smiling faces.....southern hospitality + great service wrapped into 1! Ill be back.

Came here because I thought my car was leaking oil due to the smell. After checking it they said I need to replace the oil pan cost about 500 something. I agreed and they made me waited over 6-7 hours for the repair. A few weeks later I smelled the same thing from the car. I think they fixed the wrong problem just to collect money. Never coming back again.

I took my Rolls Royce to them to put a new tire on and in doing so they destroyed my air suspension causing $10,000.00 in damages and refused to take liability. Law suit will be filed tomorrow. The car worked perfect before I took it in and looked like this by the time I picked it up and got it home. BEWARE!!!

Terrible sevice,i have my 4new tieds replaced and the day after it was lickings,i went back they say thats not their fault and will charge me $160 to fixes the problem,bad bad service never have business with them again,,i wish they have zero stars for i can rates them at zero :(

They take walk in business, but be prepared to wait 2 plus hours as I was told on the phone, ended up making appointment for next day for a oil change @ 11, and didnt walk out til 1:40pm:( Seems to have a lot of new faces, perhaps that has an impact on speed of service.

Nice store. Clean waiting area. Techs seem competent and fast. I had a flat tire repaired. I had the tire off the car and they were very busy on a Friday evening. Promised to have it by the next day but called me before closing to tell me they got it done early.

I gave them 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. The mechanics here are very incompetent. They serviced my vehicle for about a year and every time their "work" was completed once I left there was another problem which I then had to take it back for new repairs.

1.Horrible I waited 5+ HOURS not minutes (need to hire more tech/ mechanics) 2.Horrible customer service and not very friendly at all .. *( being polite to clients is were the money is 80% of the time ) *I had gotten new tires mounted and alignment.

Brought my SUV in for 4 new tires and left with a broken tire monitoring system, that worked before I got there, they wanted me to repair. Wont go back.
