Weve been traveling for four months in our F250 hauling a 28 fifth wheel trailer. Were heading home to Ontario, Canada for the arrival of our first grand baby any day now. We started hearing worrisome sounds from the truck so we pulled off the highway at Highland MO and went into Trip Ford. It was almost 5 and the service guys had all gone home except for the service manager, Jason. He went for ride with my husband and gave us his honest opinion. We decided to bring it in the next morning and it was a good thing we did. The rad was leaking and the rear pinion bearings were shot. Matt the mechanic worked very hard and long to get us back on the road. And Matt even made arrangements for a rental car for us as the work took a couple of days. We were so pressed with the honesty and professionalism from the service department. Thank you so much Jason and Matt. Were so glad we stopped at Trip Ford in Highland. Now hopefully baby will wait until grandma and grandpa get there!

Weve used Tri-Ford service department, first in Greenville and then in their Highland location, exclusively for our 13-year-old Ford truck. Their service has been outstanding, and they have often done some little things for no charge. Dan has been our service point of contact all these years and hes been wonderful. I recently sold the truck and before I sold it Tri-Ford did a final service run through for me. The truck sold that very same day and the buyer has since told me hes very happy with it. Ive never in my life used a dealership service department exclusively like I have used Tri-Ford. Very impressive.

When my car would not start at a highway rest stop near Highland, my vehicle was towed to Tri Ford in Highland, IL on a Friday afternoon. Julie, in the service Dept. took my call and said they would do what they could to get me on my way. Wayne gave me advice on the best way to get to my destination. Sepervisor Jason took over for the diesel mechanic and stayed late to get me on the road. It was past quitting time when I was on my way, but they saved me from having to hang around for the weekend. Even Brad, the tow truck driver, helped with suggestions. They are the best. Don Distelberg

I recently called about a car and gave them an offer to purchase the vehicle. The salesman said he would have to talk to the managers about my offer and about possibly shipping the car and said that he would call me back in 30-45 minutes. He never called back and when I called them they said the car had sold. Thats ridiculous. I offered to buy the car before the other guy bought it and they didnt even bother to call me and tell me. I wouldnt want to do business with them anyways if they are that low down and crooked.

Just (3/2017) bought a new truck here and have had service on older vehicles here in the past. Always friendly, helpful staff. Salesman was very courteous and we had a pleasant negotiation without undue pressure. The recently upgraded interior design of the waiting area is attractive and welcoming, and the car lot is clean and orderly. I recommend this dealer highly.

I am a previous Auffenberg-Belleville customer. I grew tired of them, and took my fiances advice. I made an appointment with Tri-Ford, and couldnt be happier. I brought my new Edge in for the first oil change (which was free by the way) and a tire rotation. Unfortunately, my FOB wasnt working correctly, so they took time to rekey the FOB and the I was there longer than expected, the tire rotation ended up free as well. Awesome Service! Love their new service area as well!
