I dropped my off my car at the station at 9am for oil and lube. I drove by in my other car several times during the day and noticed that my car never moved. At 5pm I went to pick up the car and there was a bill for $40. I asked the owner if he used 10W-30 oil as I requested. He said yes. I told him that the car hadnt moved from the spot I parked it at 8am so how did he change the oil. He said that the bill in my car was supposed to be for a different car. Even though it had my license plate number and name on it. No apology. I don think it was an accident especially after reading other reviews.

I currently live in Florida, but in July 2015 I was in town because of a family emergency. On my drive to Nevada, my car started acting up. Once I got into town I had several people tell me to go to Good and Quick. That they were very knowledgable and reasonable priced. It was one of the best experience I have had with any Auto Service shop. I even told my hubby that maybe we should schedule my trips based on when I need to have maintenance on the car. Thank you Good and Quick for being there.

I would have given zero stars but the google review made me choose at least one star. This place is flat out deceptive. My Aunt took her car into get the a/c charged. She was told it would be less than $50. I picked up the car for and it was $325. They removed her old freon a/c and replaced it with whatever the new coolant is. They could have called her and told her that their estimate increased 6x. Paid bill wont go back. Potential customers go elsewhere.

I have been taking my vehicles to G&Q since their first day in operation. I have had absolutely nothing but good experiences with this place and their skilled and friendly staff. I know of many, many others that trust no one else with their cars, too.

Told me that my repair would be $750. It was but they also did $450 of unauthorized repairs. I would have left my car there and disputed the charges but I needed the car for work.

When I need energy drinks for work, I run down here to pick them up. The staff recognize me, and usually seem happy and upbeat. I appreciate them.
