I gave this location two chances. The first time I brought my vehicle in for a basic oil change. After the oil change they notified me that my oil pan was leaking. They even had an estimate at hand, including labor and a date they could fit me in for repair. In my opinion they were trying to take quick advantage of the situation. With further investigation through myself, my father (who owned a full service gas station for 30+ years), and Castrol down the road, the oil pan was in good shape (my vehicle is a 2012 with 45,000 miles on it). The second time I gave this place a chance was on 11/23/15. I brought my vehicle in because my trailer hitch was rusted into the receiver. Unfortunately they were not able to remove the trailer hitch and get the job done but yet charged me $55 for the labor. The guy told me that he was cutting me a deal because they tried hammering it out for 1.5 hrs but only charged me for .5 labor. If they knew what they were doing, they would have stopped .5 hrs into the project and realized that it wasnt coming out. That way they could have saved themselves some time and also thought about the customer. It doesnt stop there... They told me that the only way of fixing it was to buy a whole new receiver and have them install it. I asked if they could cut me a deal on labor if I brought it in for them to replace it since nothing was done. They said no and that they had already cut me a deal. When all said and done, the guy also told me to do my research on how much labor is around this area "bro". Pretty rude if you ask me.

I went to get an oil change on 08/03/15 after work and drop my car off with them while I went to dinner. When I returned I was informed that I needed a new air filter but everything else looked great. I got in my car and returned home but when I tried to exit my car my door would not open (how do you break a door when changing the oil? Opens from the outside just fine) ....Returned right away to the shop as I only live two minutes away. I informed them of the situation and they said they would take care of it tomorrow no charge as they were just closing up. They even wrote this on the invoice for me and I let them know I would be in around 4:30pm after work. I returned to drop off my car on 8/4/15 and provided the hand written note to show that this was to be taken care of at no cost to me. I returned to the shop a few hours later to find out my door was still broken but they would fix it if I paid for it (the note they had written and the invoice were now gone...somehow ). I informed them that I would not leave the shop until it was fixed or they called the police. They called the police and now I am writing this review. Terrible shop, liars, cowards, and they could of had a customer for life if they fixed what they broke but instead I will share the negative feedback.

I have had very bad luck this past year with having to replace my tires on my car. I went to two Chevy dealerships (one being where I purchased my car) for two different tire replacements, and both times I felt taken advantage of. I reached out to Goodyear tires because I needed to replace a third tire within a year and was very frustrated; Goodyear directed me to go to Youngstedts. I worked directly with Andy, the store manager, who was very kind and went above and beyond to advocate for me in the situation I was in. Unlike the dealerships he didnt leave me in a waiting room and tell me how much I owed them, he instead took the time to explain the problem and make sure I understood. Not only did they replace my tire for me but they also worked out a great deal to get all of my tires under warranty. I only wish that I would have come here for the first tire I needed to replace. The great service didnt stop there, Youngstedts also drove me back to my office so I could keep working while they fixed my car. With there never being enough hours in a day this kind gesture was a huge help. A HUGE thank you to Andy and his team at Youngstedts!! I will definitely be going back there for all of my future car needs.

I havent been into Youngstedts for a couple years now and I must say it is nice to see the changes. I went in to get a second opinion on an estimate given to me by another shop after calling hoping to just get a lower price and it turns out I didnt even need the brake work recommended. I asked if they were sure and Angelo walked me out to my car to show me the brake pads on my car and sure enough, there was still almost half the pad life left. This obviously made me less than happy with the shop I had been using and all the guys at Youngstedts would have had to do is say yes I needed the work and done it for the lower price they quoted me. To top this off, when I went to leave and pay, Duane told me not to worry about it and thanked me for giving them a shot at the work. Amazing, saved me almost $200 and wouldnt let me pay for their time. I will definitely be going back for all future repairs, they have earned my business.

Terrible. Brought my truck in a few times for a squeaking noise. I knew it was the rear U joints so they replaced them. A month goes by and my truck begins to have a loud winding noise so I bring it back. They call back within the hour saying they dismantled the Rear axel and that I need a new transmission. total cost of $3000! so very dissapointed I picked my truck up and brought it to a friends mechanic for a 2nd opinion. Bearings shot, new piston rings, total cost $600, my truck is back ont he road and driving perfectly. I do beleive my truck worsened in condition after I brought it for U joint repair (a simple repair) whcih after 400 miles my transmission goes out????? This place just wants your extra money and does not spend the time to thoroughly look through through your car. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Go here!!!! Very knowledgeable staff and these guys go beyond what they are paid to get you back on the road safely and quickly. They are not going to sell you things you dont need but they will catch problems you never knew you had. I work on cars and small engines daily so I know they were not making stuff up when they found something. I went in because my car stalled out and they checked the entire thing bumper to bumper and it turned out to be a faulty fuel pump/filter on my 96 Mustang GT. They got the parts in very quickly for an affordable price including labor and installed everything right the first time. Took the car out and ran it hard and it runs better than it ever has. Go here and you will be satisfied with the work. I recommend this place and I will be coming back if I have another issue.
