I am not satisfied with the service i have received from Midas. The communication on when my car would be fixed was not even close to good. First i was told it would be fixed and ready to drive in under a week or possibly the following Monday. I called on the following Monday asking about the status and i was told that the car would hopefully be fixed by Thursday(today) and that he would call me updating me on the status throughout the week. I did not get one call about the status and now i called today and i am being told that the car will hopefully be fixed by Saturday or next Monday. They said it would be fixed in 4-5 days and now the estimated time to be done is possibly 2 weeks..... They were never clear on when my car would be fixed and if they gave me a date the next person would give me an even later date. Ridiculous. This in mind that nothing extra needed to be done to my car.

I have been coming to Deephaven Midas for well over 10 years, and have never had less than an extremely positive experience. Dave and Rob are fantastic with customer service, and their techs do an awesome job with our vehicles. They got our old Town and Country to over 289,000 miles - pretty sure that is a record for a Chrysler... I highly recommend them for all of your vehicles. They are always honest with us about what absolutely has to be done, and what can wait until we can afford it, and have always worked with us to make sure our cars are safe. I send my teenage daughters here because I know they will be better informed about the care and maintenance of their cars with the people here.

Rob and Dave were great. Would highly recommend sending my friends and those that also drive German import cars to Midas in Deephaven. My warranty is now off of my car and they have shown a great sense and knowledge in dealing with my car, its owner and the challenges that come with high expectations. They have exceeded mine each time, and that is hard to do!!! Thank you Midas Deephaven, its employees and its managers.

I will not take my vechicals anywhere else. Dave Olson and Staff are extremely knowledgeable on the workings of my cars. Educates me on my vechical maintenance needs and options for correcting what is needed. I am in and out so timely, that I usually need no back up ride home. NO HIGH PRESSURE sales here.... And I like that. Im lucky I have these guys close. Only place Ill go.
