Tom goes above and beyond for his customers. I was left stranded with a dead starter, Tom came out and tried to get the starter working to save on the tow bill. Unable to get it started he called a tow truck and gave me a ride home. When he dropped me off he didnt believe hed be able to get it repaired until the next day. Unexpectedly I received a phone call just several hours later and it was done. Ive been going to Tom for years and dont plan on going anywhere else

Overpriced. Labor cost close to $300 for radiator flush and greasing the undercarriage. Was told my radiator was flushed days after the antifreeze was brown. Nothing I could do about it as I didnt have my reciept.

Is this a daycare or an auto shop? There are constantly children in the office and running around the parking lot. The receptionist seems occupied with children vs. customers.
