I took my vehicle here because the check engine light and a couple of other warning lights came on. 7 hours later they called me and said that they had been researching the diagnostic results and didnt know what was wrong with the car, but had done the oil change. 20 min later I arrived to pick it up and it was up on the jacks with oil draining out of it. They had recommended to my fleet company that we get new struts and tires, but wasted my entire day by not addressing the reason I brought it in for. I took it to the dealership and 20 seconds after turning the key on, the tech knew what the problem was. The counter person at tires plus was quick to point out that they "did three hours of work for free", but Im not sure what they were doing during that time. It takes less than 5 minutes to pull codes, and I can google them myself in far less than 7 hours. After doing a simple google search for the problem I was having, I found the answer myself. I dont recommend this location at all.

They remodeled their waiting area so it is more user-friendly with comfortable chairs, similar to those in a coffee shop. They have an espresso machine with different flavors of coffee and tea. However, the bathroom needs to be cleaner. Or they need to have a second bathroom because they have the same bathroom facility for the staff members and the customers. This makes the bathroom very dirty because the employees are washing the oil off of their hands, so there are black streaks all over everything. They allow dogs in the waiting area so my dogs get to accompany every oil change. The employees are kind and take my concerns seriously, even if I dont have the correct terminology. Every time I go, I feel respected. They always make sure to apply any and all coupons that they have.

Misdiagnosis and Mis-recommendations at Tires Plus Plymouth MN 55447 5/28/2016 The technician was unable to detect the shaking problem at low speed over an hour as I described verbally earlier but the service manager was able to feel the shaking in 2 minutes the next business day. The tech recommended 3 services which were unrelated to the shaking problem I described. I paid over $900 for a repair that did not make the problem go away. Tires Plus always asks the customer what the mileage the vehicle has and gives a list of recommendations. I was wrong when I placed my trust in their "expert" opinion. I’d recommend Tires Plus tries to address the problem the customer needs fixing first. Do not make false recommendations when the customer’s problem was not properly addressed.

After reading a few of the reviews I was nervous to go to this shop. But I brought my truck in for a simple oil change. I brought my truck in to the shop which seemed to be moderately slow as it was towards the days end. They had me in and out in half hour. The lady behind the desk (Rachel I believe) was helpful and friendly. They originally quoted me a price that I couldnt beat doing it myself. Once my truck was done I went to pay the minimal fee and was told not to worry about it as it "took awhile"... Needless to say the I will be going back there for my next oil change as well. Thanks again guys!!

DONT GO HERE!!!!!! They told me itd be $395 to fix my ball joint and I paid $89 at hoover wheel alignment with a life time guarantee!!!! The man at tires plus was RUDE with a bad attitude. They had me waiting 2 hours. I was not happy to say the least. I use to live in Plymouth and thought Id go back to them. But NEVER again. Hoover is right around the corner from me in ne mpls. They are honest! The man at hoover said if he treated people like that hed never of stayed in business that long.

Phenomenal experience at this tires plus. I came on the first snowfall of the year, and they were backed up with customers putting on new tires. I simply needed a new battery (or so I thought). I actually ended up needing a new starter which takes much more time. They managed to squeeze me in between all of their appointments. Was beyond impressed by the employees composure (even with a packed office). Would highly recommend.

Good Job. Went there (Oct 2011) for brake work. They examined my vehicle, took me back to take a look. Rear brakes and other components were in bad shape. They showed me an estimate to repair with an itemized list of components. They fixed it within the time estimate they gave me. They were polite and friendly. Im pleased with the end result.

If you have issues with a service they performed, dont give up and keep pushing to get it resolved. I did and when they finally admitted they messed up, they became super friendly and gave us free stuff. An employee by the name of Ray is the person I think is on the ball the most.

better doing the work yourself even if you dont know how. it will be better than what they can do. they will also try to sell you new brakes even after they just installed new ones. Very shady and do crappy work. Check around there are better places for everything!

This is the third Tires Plus Ive tried for the same problem. All 3 took forever and my truck runs worse than it did before this all started. Will NEVER use any TP ever again

Dont waste your time or your money! Go to Sears Auto Center instead. I had to redo my alignment after their work. I will wont use Tires Plus again.

I use to go to this place all the time, until I caught a staff member trying to upsell me services that I did not need.
