I wish I hadnt gone here for an oil change, but they were the only people open Sunday morning. Thank you, Walmart, for getting me stuck along a rural Nebraska highway all yesterday! I stopped by here yesterday morning for a quick oil change while driving cross-country. About 80 miles later, my car engine starts smoking. I pull over and theres oil dripping from beneath my vehicle. Checked the dipstick and theres no oil left. I had to get towed into Omaha (an hour away), pay for a place to spend the night, and for a mechanic to inspect and fix my car. The mechanic said that it looked like the person who just changed my oil did a rushed or lazy job, making very obvious and avoidable mistakes. If I had continued to drive, my engine would have been permanently damaged. A more car-savvy friend of mine tried calling Walmart for me to see if they would maybe help pay for their error. They were hung up on several times before getting through to someone who would file a claim.

This location is no longer open 24 hours a day. I went at 11:30 pm using a spare tire, since I had gotten a flat, and got to see the lovely sign on the door saying that as of May 9th they close at 6 pm. I wasnt able to get service.

Staff was very friendly! They helped me out on an extremely cold Sunday with a flat tire. I was extremely thankful.
