This place just trys to nickel and dime you. I brought a bent rim in to get fixed, and was told that they werent able to get the tire off without damaging it. Ok fine Im not a big car guy so I guess that may be. They quoted me for a new rim and tire. I didnt have the money to do it at the time so went home, realized they didnt even bother to give me my tire and rim back, so I had to go back there to get it from them. Its a good thing I did, I got the tire off the rim myself in less than 5 minutes. First time ever taking a tire off a rim in my life. So I decided to give them another shot and buy my new rim from them and have them put it on for me. I was originally told the rim was $75, great price not a problem. Then I asked them if it would actually work with my hub cap, they werent sure, then a few minutes later found out that it wouldnt. So then that $75 rim became $150 if I didnt wanna be driving around on a black steel rim. Ok, fine, thats understandable. I arrive there to have them put my tire on, a few minutes after my car being back in the garage, they come up and say they may not be able to get the valve out of the rim for my tpms, so then I ask if theyre able just to put a new one in, sure they could, for $75. Ridiculous, but whatever I just want to get it done. (Funny how the price is adding up when they realized I wasnt gonna spend what they wanted me too) While they are "trying" to get the valve out I check auto zone for prices for a tpms valve, and found out it is only $1.99. Then they come back to me and say that my side wall of my tire is cracked, and probably from the impact of the curb, and I will need to buy a new one. At this point I knew I was done with this place. Asked them to put my rims and tire back in my trunk, and I will leave. I drove off, and pulled over to look at my tire. Not a single bend, crack, or tare anywhere on the tire. They even drew an arrow wear the "crack" was. And it was an indentation design on the tire. There was an identical one on the other side of the tire, but at the bottom of the tire. After seeing that I drove straight to discount tire where they put my tire on my rim, balanced, and mounted it. I was in and out in under 10 minutes, with out a single issue, or costly "problem" I will never take my business to VIP again. They either are the worst mechanics around that have no idea what theyre doing, or the place is run by criminals

My wife and I had been out of the country and state for 5 weeks total. Upon our return, we heard very loud grinding noises coming from our brakes/tires when we started driving our car. We were concerned about the noise and Honda dealership was further away so we searched on Google for an auto place nearby. Plymouth VIP was only a few minutes away and had great reviews on Google so we decided to take it here Their service center was closed so we left it here overnight for them to inspect our car and let us know what was wrong with it. When we came back the next day, they basically told us everything with the brakes were bad and needed to be replaced/resurfaced...and the total would come out to around $600! Since our brakes and car were perfectly fine before our vacation, I was suspicious of the diagnosis and told my wife that we would take it somewhere else. The previous night after dropping off our car, I searched around on Google to see what the problem could be and wished I would have done that before dropping off our car. It turns out the noise from the brakes is something that is pretty typical if you leave your car parked for a long time. The rust on the rotors builds up and causes the noises. The solution is to just keep driving your car as normal until the rust is gone. Well, we decided to give it a try and the noises were completely gone the next day! My wife took the car to the Honda dealership for an oil change a while later and what do you know, Honda says the pads, calipers, and rotors are just fine. Im not sure how this place got such good reviews when they clearly tried to rip us off, telling us we needed service that was not necessary. Either all these reviewers are friends of the owners or they just dont know better. My recommendation is to stay away from this place!

Ive taken my vehicles to different places in different states when I lived there and nothing compares to the service I received at Plymouth VIP. I took my Infiniti in as I had and issue with one of the tire pressure sensors not reading. I had previously set up an appointment and called to see if someone would be able to get me back home as I did not want to sit there waiting for the work to be done. Brent graciously got some one to drive me home and bring the car back to service it. 30 minutes later I got the call saying my vehicle was ready and he would have the guy bring the car back to me. Long story short, the guy brought my car and I took him back to their location. When there we noticed a few additional issues which they were grateful to look at for me quickly. It turns out it was going to take longer than I had the time so I said Ill set up a time to bring it back. Unfortunately due to my hectic schedule , I would have been unable to bring it back for over a week as I had to travel the very next day. This is where it gets even better. I was in fact leaving my vehicle with my girlfriend in my absence and she would have not been comfortable taking it in for service as I have been the one always seeing to the maintenance of our cars Brent even offered to go to my girlfriends place of work to pick up the vehicle and give her a loaner and drop it back after the repairs were completed at no extra charge. This is by far the best service I have ever received and I felt the need to share for anyone considering akin their repairs to this place. I never once felt I was being pressured to do anything and they were completely open and upfront about everything. Ill give them 5 stars for their service.

I have been here on several occasions with less than stellar results. However now I have decided its time to stop paying 16-17 bucks for a so called Premium car wash HERE!!!!! This week I visited and tipped the attendant so he would pay special attention to panels on both sides of my new car "Please Scrub Them" but of course the person and/or machine leaves it there. Next day: I complain to three people sitting in the office that the carwash didnt wash my car properly and even asked attendant to pay special attention to the issue, and then they say we can run it through again. So deja vue, tell the same guy it didnt work but do you think they would scrub the panels so the dirt/grass would come off this time!? NOPE! SAME RESULT, so I take matters into my own hands. The attendant comes to see what I am doing, I AM DOING WHAT HE SHOULD HAVE done in the first place: cleaning the issue. Why pay almost 20 bucks for a car wash machine that does not work. Secondly, why are their three people sitting inside the station when they could be inspecting cars and at least drying them? Nope just sitting on their backside doing nothing collecting a paycheck, millennials I assume. By the way the car comes out wet and soapy and gets waterspots the next day, so I am assuming the so called finishing wax to get that sparkly shine is just water. I will never be back and plan to tell about a thousand people how horrible of a place this is.
