My family and I went out to eat at Cheesecake thinking they would be gluten-free concious. The waiter was very honest at first telling me if dishes were gf or not. However, I ended up ordering chicken breast and broccoli after being reassured it was gf. Then my broccolli came out WITH A NOODLE IN IT. I get very sick consuming any gluten and when I confronted the waiter about it HE SMILED. His response was that the pasta and noodles were cooked in the same water! Therefore, everything in the water contains the gluten from the pasta, making the broccolli not gluten free. So, we went to talk to a manager about this, and he argued that the broccolli was gluten free. It is uneducated to advertise that a dish is gluten free when they do not understand what that means, and the side effects it causes people. It truely was not gluten free with a noodle in it, and it should have not been cooked in the same kitchen area. If what had happened to me would have happened to my uncle, he would have been hospitalized. People with celiac disease do not choose to be gluten free. It is a disease that makes our bodies very allergic to wheat, gluten, barley, oats, bran, and etc. It was truely HORRID SERVICE. Not only was my food messed up, but so was my sisters. I am not normally a complainer, but this is a big issue for all other Celiacs out there. If you have celiac disease, i would not go to this restaurant!

Impressive As a rule, I shy away from chain restaurants when possible. There wasn’t much else in the immediate area, so this was Hopson’s choice. I confess that everything from the time we entered until we left, there was nothing that I could fault. Hostess was politely perky, took us straight away to a table (5 of us). Waitperson was there in an instant, took drink orders, talked about a special or two, was back with drinks. Food came quickly, cross service was definitely in play, as 3 waitpeople brought our entrees one after the next, our waitperson checked back after the first few bites. Drink reorders were taken and delivered. My entree was as close to perfect as I could have asked—salmon was done exactly right, crispy hot on the outside, hot and juicy inside. The steamed broccoli might have been a little over salted, but was hot and tasty. And the mashed potatoes were too good to resist. Other entrees at the table also got rave reviews—chicken marsala looked awesome, fettucini alfredo was a generous creamy portion. Highly recommended.

Fiancé and I got back in town from Vegas yesterday and decided that - you know what? We needed carbs. Could have had something to do with coming home to snow. After brief discussion, we settled on the caloric tastiness that is Cheesecake Factory. Our server, Javier, was both friendly and good at his job. Always appreciated. Waiting on our appetizer, the brown bread was delightful and lightly sweet, like always. We started with an appetizer that we were both craving, the Cuban Rolls. As usual, they were delicious and the sauce to dip them in hit the spot. We both ordered our usual - for me, the pasta carbonara with mushrooms instead of peas and extra bacon. For the fiancé, the chicken Bellagio with extra sauce. Both did not disappoint - smoky bacon, tasty mushrooms. Theres been mistakes in the past, but this visit was nice! I recommend.

My friend and I drove two hours to the Jordan Creek Mall to eat at this Cheesecake Factory, but were completely let down. The waiter service was horrible - we had 3 waiters throughout the course of about 10 minutes, one that gave us water, another that took our order, and another that brought us their complimentary bread after 10 minutes. My friend is vegan, and she asked if the bean burgers bun was vegan-friendly, and the waitress responded, "well, there are sesame seeds on the bun, so probably not." Then, my friend asked if they had any vegan breads that she could substitute (she knew that there were because she had ordered it from CF before), and the waitress just said "no." Will not be returning

At Jordan Creek Cheesecake Factory 8/28 about 2 pm. Waitstaff very pleasant. Ordered iced tea with lemon. Had to ask for lemon twice, didnt ask for ice but 8 melting cubes in a large glass wasnt sufficient. Salad and appetizer came very quickly and was delicious. Waiter asked twice how things were...before I got the food! Not after though. He did ask if I was ready for check, I asked for a piece of carrot cake cheesecake to go. He brought it in the bag, ready to go. I should have checked because when I got home 2 1/2 hours later, it was german chocolate cheesecake. Am sure it would be good, IF I liked chocolate and coconut.

Received a gift card for my birthday although the last time we went we didnt have a good experience. Arrive at 11am order immediately for my 1 &2 year old so their food would be out quick. After a few minutes we placed our lunch order. The seats around us started filling up. We start to notice everyone around us getting food but us. Our babies have been done eating for 20 minutes or more and more getting restless. At 1220 our food was brought out. We had to get it boxed up and when we mentioned the wait we were told because the teriyaki chicken wasnt glazed. However, our food was cold when it arrived. Disappointing.

The seating at this place needs to be fixed, I understand as a business they want to fit as many people in there as possible but the half chair half booth tables are way too close to each other. Youre practially sitting with strangers. The tables are almost touching. I cant imagine anyone enjoys this. Really they need to take out half of those chairs and half of those tables to get to the right amount. The food is pretty good though. It did take an excessively long amount of time to get my cheesecake after eating, funny because there were 6 employees standing around the case.

On July 22nd my wife and myself ate at the cheesecake factory in Des Moines, Iowa, at the Jordan Creek Mall. My wife was severed raw chicken on her salad. The chicken was so raw there was still blood running out of it. They made a new salad not to our satisfaction. When the meal was over they then made me pay for the terrible salad that was not eaten and ultimately thrown away. Poor service, Poor cooks, and poor Management! I even emailed the cheesecake factory of this terrible meal and they did not respond. I will eat at P.F. Changs next time.

Showed up at 9:30, ordered the soup and I ask for a bowl. They bring me a small cup of it, I tell the waiter I asked for a bowl and he apologized nicely and said hed be right back with my bowl. I get a pasta bowl (not a regular soup bowl) full of what looks like the first soup with a layer of clear oil on top and a very watery taste. Almost as if the cook took the original cup, ran it under the sink and sent it out. Its safe to say I will be looking for a new favorite place to dine on my days off. I still tipped the waitress FYI
