I first visited this salon after purchasing their Groupon for a cut and full highlights. First off, I have a lot of hair, and its long. I have had "surprise" charges at other salons because of this, so I was expecting the same here. Wrong! I was there for a good 3 1/2 hours, and wasnt charged anything extra, wasnt pushed to purchase any extra products/services, it was just a wonderful experience. Kalen did an amazing job on my hair. Shes great. She was very focused on determining exactly what I might have in mind, and making sure we were on the same page when we started (even though I didnt really have a vision in mind of what I wanted, she still managed to get enough details out of me of what I do/dont like to have a good idea what to do.) She was also very patient and took her time to get it exactly right, even though I was her last appointment for the day. All in all, one of the best hair stylists Ive been to. I definitely recommend this salon, and I will be returning in the future!

I guess Im not the only one put off by the rude receptionist. Also, the stylist I went to was not much better. I asked for highlights and lowlights. She did highlights only without consulting me. She was also pretty unprofessional. I paid over $120 for a cut and color I was not happy with. I called the owner to resolve the issue and she simply said it must have been a communication problem. There was no vagueness in my communication. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted and she did not do what I asked.

I needed to get a balayage fixed that hadnt turned out the way I wanted. So I called here and made an appointment with Brittany who works with alot of blonde hair. She did and absolutely fantastic job! She listened to my thoughts and concerns and walked me through what she was going to do to fix my hair. Then throughout the entire thing she explained everything she did so I understood what was going on. Absolutely a wonderful experience and I will most definitely be going back to Fierce Salon :)

The receptionist was outrageously rude and bitchy when I called to schedule an appointment and then proceeded to tell me that it would be $400 for a dye job?!?! Misleading information and rude attitude I will not be telling anyone to come to this salon. Absolutely awful!
