I wish I could give them zero stars. The short old lady followed me in the store. I have never stolen in my life. I walked in another black woman was talking to her friend about how she no longer shopped at another store that accused her of stealing, perhaps to passively warn the shopkeepers of trying to follow her that day. It was so bad that I had to tell the woman off just so I could shop in peace. I said, "I only spend money, I dont steal, so go follow someone else" and she scurried off like a roach. They wouldnt even look me in the eye when I cashed out because they knew they were wrong. Good selection of products, but not worth the unpleasant experience.

I really HATE shopping in this racist store. I asked two different ladies nicely if they could check to see if they had this faux loc hair in a different color in the back and BOTH without even looking at what I had in my hand said "this is all we have". They never leave behind the register to help anyone, just stand there and take your money. Then one of the lazy chicks asked me if there were any of the hair I had left back there - I looked at her and said I dont know... Im like take your lazy butt back there and check. Ugh!

Good product... the man in there doesnt follow you around, but the women in there do! It makes you uncomfortable.. they only do it to black people for the most part.. sadly, there arent many beauty suppliers in this area.. Ive decided to shop online with my own folk... like they do! I wont spend my money there anymore.. so I would recommend going there if you arent black.

Look linda with her following then i would have put her behind to work. Like just make up something and tell her to go find this product so she can get out of ya face since she like to follow. Just make her do what she paid to do and im sure she will leave you alone after she get tired of running around. Smh. Its very sad that they do crap like that.

I hate the fact that they stare at you and follow you around their store like you are about to steal something. I hate spending my money there. I wish that there were more black owned hair store that I can support in My community. Its sad that we have to give all our money to Asian for Our hair products.

This was a merchant I could go to and purchase a variety of beauty products from, but now, not so much. The way I was treated on my LAST visit made it just that, my LAST visit. Wish I could say, "keep up the good work yall" but youve dropped the ball, BIG TIME! Good luck to you.

Intended to buy cosmetics and before I could ask my question, the winch said were not cosmetics! I wasnt even going to ask that question! Needless to say, I let her have it! I wont be back!

The employees are really nice, the prices for extensions and hair care items are cheap and high quality in my opinion. Always my go to hair supply shop.
