This place offered the worst car buying experience our lives. During our 8 hours spent at the car lot across 3 days, we saw multiple people walk out very upset over the way their situations were handled. During day 2 of our "negotiations" while discussing yet another absurd offer, our 2 year old ran around the corner into an office. Chasing him down, he ran into an office that had multiple cleaning chemicals, caustic, etc... sitting the floor in unmarked spray bottles. He was successful at grabbing a spray bottle and spraying himself in the face with an oily, unlabeled, pungent liquid sending us rushing out of the show room to our car. The first offer for our trade in was $13,000 stating that the car was in very rough condition and after pufting a couple hundred dollars into it, they would not be able to make money off oc it. After taking it to Carmax the same day, they valued it at $16,000 trade in value citing "very well maintained, and kept in nicely". The first offer from the Manager was $13k trade in at a 6.54% interest rate for a $20k car and a couple whom both have well over 700 credit scores. After 3 hours of back and forth, the final settlement was $14k trade in value (still way to low) at a 2.84% interest rate. Yeah, 2.84 from 6.54. The manager does not care about making deals, he wants to screw people on trade in values and does what is easy, not what is best or right for the customer. The only reason I swallowed my pride was that they had the perfect car that my wife had wanted for quite some time and seeing her happy and my children sfae is worth more to me than my pride. An update: 6 days later, our trade in is on their lot listed for $20,000. That means they will make nearly $6k off a trade that was only being taken as a "favor to us". This guy is a crook. Our salesperson Natalie was very new, still in training but selling on her own. She was wonderfully nice but is new to this cut throat world, I hope she is able to find a place with a decent manager and thrive as she does care about the customer. Their Internet manager Cam was very nice as well, going out of his way to try and save a deal, but also making it known that he understands how important the buying experience and customer service is. This lot is awful, I would never recommend anyone buy her until they get rid of their current manager as this guy is a lazy crook Please replace this guy before he continues to ruin chances for good people like Natalie and Cam. But the way, through all of this he never showed his face one single time to us, cowardly letting his team deal with his poor management to at least 6 families while we were there.

I drove from South Bend Indiana to buy an 2012 FX 35 Infiniti, I was told on the phone by my salesmen C.J. that the FX 35 was almost perfect so I made the 5 hour drive to buy it. I know a 3 year old vehicle will have some flaws. After looking at the car, there were several blemishes in the paint job. C.J. promised me that he would have all issues taken care of. He said he would repair all door dings and a major gouge out of the front end. So my wife and I drove home and planned on meeting one of the Sam Swope drivers the following Saturday in Indianapolis to pick up vehicle. So the next Saturday we drove to Indianapolis. On inspection of the vehicle we determined they did repaint the front end, however, it was filled with Prosity and the scratches in the door and rear bumper were not touched. So we sent the vechicle back with their driver because it was not repaired according to our agreement. Again, my salesmen C.J. said he would make it right. So, another week went by. They did deliver the vehicle to South Bend the following week. It was about a 95% improvement over previous repair. I did not want to argue anymore. So the next day my wife said the brakes were squealing so I call my salesmen C.J. He again said the vehicle was certified it had new brakes on the front and almost new brakes on the back. I took it to a mechanic that Ive used for years. He is very honest and he said the front brakes were about 85 to 90% and the rears needed replaced. C.J. said my guy was lying. Well that did not set well with me and I called him on it. C.J. finial agreed to split the bill with me. He said he would issue a check and we would see it in 1 week. Three weeks went by and no check, Then I called thier General sales manager Nick. He told me he would take care of it and I would see a check in a week. Four phone calls and 3 more weeks and still no check. Six weeks, no check and they wont return my calls. Sam Swope Infiniti does not honor thier word. Im sure Infiniti is very proud of the customer service they provide. I would never buy or recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY.

Well, I am new to the area. Been here about 5 months. have a great job, making pretty decent money...Grant it, I am driving a 1998, the paint job looks rough, but, overall it is a great vehicle. But, I am ready for something newer...Now, my real comment begins. We have seen commercial galore of Sam Swope, Nobobody is turned away...We locate the dealerships adorned with signs of pricing, just fill out an application, etc...SO, I fill out the application, all seems great. They seem to think I will get in a different vehicle that day! The salesman was very nice. Then, he tells me to come back in about an hour so they could call my references. OK, I say. Come back, he has me talk to the accounting lady...I forget her name, because she basically sat there said YOU have to be here at leat 2 years., and she wasnt very nice about it! All my references I listed, never got a call. So, I wasted an hour and a half of my time for nothing. She might as well pushed me out the door. Did I mention at the beginning I am making pretty good money? Since when did moving stop people from getting a car? Hmmmmmm Their loss. But now that its over, I will gladly give my money to somebody else...Now that I am getting more mature, I am glad for places you can see other comments. I am not one to compalin, but if it means saving someone some heartache, I would avoid Sam Swope!

Service at Sam Swope Infiniti is cocky jerk. My intelligent spare key stopped working, and I visited Service just before lunch time today to see if it could be fixed or not. Miguel inspected it and found something was wrong. Also, he verified it could be replaced under warranty. Because of their lunch time, I returned to the Service at 2pm, and another adviser Sean helped(?) me. This guy asked me to pay $120 because key programming cannot be covered by warranty. What? I went to there because my car key stopped working. This guy kept asking me to pay the programming fee of $120. Miguel was out for lunch. I told Sean that the first adviser found a defect and that was why I returned to Service after lunch. I had to argue with this guy to get it done under warranty. What a waste. Their attitude and service were not professional at all. I also talked to the service manager there to complaint about it but he was worse. He talked to me as if he were the boss. If possible, avoid this place. If you have to go there, be prepared to raise your voice and have your negotiation skill sharpened. Sam Swope is the only Infiniti dealer in Louisville KY, and Inifiti owners have not much choice in the area, especially a repair service under warranty. They dont look they need to care for their customers.
