Always used this jiffy lube for oil changes and little fixes while I was in college. Always found the management very friendly and professional. When I took my truck in to have it realigned and found out my ball joint and tie in rods were bad, they were very reasonable and worked with me to figure out the best price to get the job done and assured me that their work and the parts had a lifetime guarantee. Side note: I got this all done before moving from Indiana to Louisiana.. which I informed them was the reason I needed it done right away. Here I am a year later finding out that after having my breaks changed that the "parts dont look like theyve ever been replaced, certainly not a year ago".. when I called them to find out what they could do, I was very polite and simply asked what the warrantee was and explained the situation. There only solution was to bring the truck back across the country to them to fix it.. and I would have to pay for the labor (which was the most expensive part) for them to do anything for me. When I asked if I could bring it to a jiffy lube in my town, I was told I would have to pay for the work again and bring them the bill to be reimbursed. So my only option to get something fixed that I paid a ton of money for a year ago it to spend just as much in a plane ticket or gas to be reimbursed.. BULL. So much for guarantee and customer service. Being a national brand, I assumed they could work with one another to hold up their warantees. Apparently not... definitely shouldve been something that was discussed when they knew I was getting the problem fixed in preparation for a huge move across the country. Not a happy customer.

Very unprofessional tone with my wife. As Im on the phone on hold with her , I hear this male workers demeaning tone . I simply told her to walk out . Why treat anybody with disrespect in the car industry but especially a women ???? Unforgivable... My first instinct was to drive up there & have conversation with the management. I figure its more important if John Q public knows how Muncie Jiffy lube will treat a woman.

Left oil pan plug loose lost oil And now I have to fix it. Didnt leak before i took it here. 61.00 bucks. Is bs. Stay clear of this place. If you call manger just hangs up. Covers for his bad employees. This place is the very wrost

Its refreshing to find a nice honest place to take your car. They do 30 minute oil changes , and many other Mechanical Services. The staff was very friendly, and very helpful

Very professional, very fast service. Honest people. 10 minutes for tire rotation and oil change. Includes window, carpet cleaning with top offs. Coupons found on website
