I drive a 2014 Honda Accord Sport with about 66,000 miles on it and found out from the dealer (I live/work in Charlotte, NC) that the starter is bad and its a common problem with the 14 Accords yet there is no recall on them from Honda. The dealer (who I will not name) quoted me $700 to replace the starter and that included the parts and labor. That price sounded very high to me. I was in Louisville visiting family over the 4th of July holiday and the starter finally went dead. My brother recommended LFM Services so I called them, scheduled an appointment for Friday, June 30 and took the car in. Location was easy to find and I was greeted by Dana the ofc mgr and David. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable with a big screen t.v., free WiFi as well as free snacks, drinks and coffee. And a comfortable couch and chairs. Once the starter and parts arrived, it only took the technician about 30 minutes to remove the bad OEM starter and replace it with the new one. Ive been driving it since Jun 30 and it cranks right up, no problem and best of all the total cost was about 40% less than what the dealer was going to charge me. I highly recommend LFM Services. Very professional outfit and they can handle any types of repairs and they are very honest and fair. Thank you LFM for taking care of me while I was in town.

LFM service is superb! Steve Meyer took terrific care of me. He explained everything to me in a way I would understand and made a maintenance plan for me for the right price. Steve even took me into the garage and showed me first hand what the problem was with my car. When I walked into the garage, I couldnt believe the state of the art equipment that they had. I drive a Mercedes Benz e55 AMG and I am very particular on who works on my car. These guys are professional, certified benz mechanics,and only use OEM parts. The best part about LMF is that they are honest, shoot it you straight, and not do unnecessary repairs and charge you an arm and a leg. I use to go to the dealer to get all of my service done because I couldnt trust anyone else and wanted OEM parts and certified guys working on my car. But I was wrong! LFM is better and 40% less than the dealer! LFM is the ONLY place I will go to service my mercedes. Go see Steve, you wont be disappointed!

I first learned of LFM this past summer when the AC in my car went out. Carmax could not fit the car in and of course it went out during the beginning of the heat wave. What we and the shop thought was an easy fix turned out to be a 6 week ordeal. Darn Audis and their fickleness! None the less, the gentlemen were professional and provided hands down the best customer service I have ever seen. I recently had to take the Audi back to them due to a broken engine mount and once again they took complete care of us. Definitely a great group of people running and working at this shop. I feel compelled to share a similar sentiment to the gentleman, Aaron, who posted a comment about LFM service. These guys have truly provided utterly top-notch service, advice, competence and friendliness that I have not previously experienced with a premium auto service company. However, I think the most impressive aspect of my experience has been their honesty when discussing car maintenance issues. The word is out to all of my luxury auto junky friends, LFM is the place to take your car for help. BTW, this is not a paid advert. Ha ha

Wow! LFM really hit a home run. The Mini Cooper dealership of Louisville was charging twice as much for an alternator replacement. The staff was outstanding, and I cant say enough good things about LFM. I wont take my Mini anywhere else.
