Came to get a tire mounted and found no one to help me.I run into this man who starts yelling at me and telling me that he was on the phone that I needed to wait till hes done being on the phone so that he can attend to me I said okay and ignored the yelling. I asked how much it cost to mount the tire and he yelled that it cost $10. and that I needed to wait. I walked outside and waited for the tire to be done. He approached me again and began yelling again that he saw me when he was on the phone and I needed to wait. My brother in law stepped in and told him not to yell at me. He continued yelling saying he was yelling because i needed to understand that he was on the phone i needed to wait my turn. I told him he didnt need to yell at me because i could hear fine. He yelled that I could get my tire and get the f*** out of there if I had a problem. Not once did I yell at him or say anything rude to him. He claimed that I was making a big deal and I calmly pointed out that he was the one yelling. This was easily the worst service Ive ever received in my life. Wish I could give it zero stars.

I have family who has gone here for years so I decided to give it a try. When I dropped off my car, there were many jokes made at my expense that had me pretty upset, and I almost went somewhere else, but decided to suck it up and let them try to fix the car. When I went to pick up the car, I was literally yelled at. Multiple times. I arrived at 2:15, and even though the sign out from says they close at 3 on Saturday, I was yelled at that they closed at 2:30 (yes it was only 2:15). "Your car has been waiting here all week and you wait until Im closed to come pick it up?!"...and that was just the start of it. I received a call the afternoon before that my car was ready and told them Id be there "tomorrow" to get it. On another note, the woman in line behind me was picking up her car too, but that wasnt a problem at all. I have no idea why certain people are yelled at and treated poorly and others arent. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. I dont even know how this place is still in business with the way they treat customers.

We recently moved from the Baton Rogue area, and we miss having Highland Car Care available for our cars. They do an excellent job and the price is right. We have gone to other places where they said for example our brakes need to be replaced--we took it to Highland Car Care to replace it, but they told me that my brakes are fine and still had 25000 miles on it. I am still driving with those brakes and have not had any problems. To show how good this place is, a former mechanic was the one that told me to take my car here because it will get the honest assessment everyone deserves and the price is fair. Great job Highland Car Care, keep up the good work.

I went in this place to let them check my AC and the guy ( i think he was the owner) told me that my compresor was broken and told me that it needed to change. It took only a year and now it wasnt working anymore! i really felt bad paying 700 Dollars and thought that it will last long but it did NOT! >.< and yeah all of people saying was true he is a rude guy. . .. he talked like he know everything and he wanted you to do what he said but that thing was dont fully trust him be cause he is just a person and he can cheat and lie...

I have an older model Bronco and once I found Highland Car Care and Ill never take it anywhere else. Tin and his staff are always very nice and courteous. They have done numerous repairs for me from oil changes to replacing the front end and every time its done when I need it and the prices are reasonable. He is very honest about needed repairs and has never tried to up-sell me parts or services that I dont need. Im shocked by some of the other reviews about rudeness.. Ive never experienced that.

Not often you can trust your mechanic. I, my wife, and my parents all bring our car into Tinhs shop. We even brought in the "suggested repairs" list the dealer gave us. He did the suggested serpentine belt (on a 110,000 mile car) and suggested a few other items on the list (most I could do at home). The big ticket items from the dealers list werent even mentioned. Theyre busy and get a lot of repeat customers for a reason. He always gets my business.

Customer service waived bye bye to this guy years ago. Went in for an inspection sticker and waited patiently for 10 mins then finally saw someone, so I greeted him with hello how are you doing? His responses was him screaming "Hold on Im coming and what do you want!? This guy is a complete Douche and I will never set foot at this dump ever again.

Had to take a second to write a review for Ting...saw this guy who wrote a bad review and you just cant please some people..Ting does excellent work and being in the auto repair business is extremely busy, sorry this other guy didnt hang around, hed got great service and a great price...Thanks Ting!

Ting is just crazy, you have to have a sense of humor, he means no harm...I first experienced, what a lot of you are saying years ago, but after going in a desperate time of need and multiple times after, he is really a good person...

This is the worst shop I have ever been to. All the "work" that they did, I had to take it to another shop to do over again the next day. They even managed to damage my car on the lift.
