I rented 3121 Johnston St #125 for a year and recently moved out only due to decided to purchase a home. Vernie was the property manager for the last quarter of my rental lease due to taking over my previous managers (who I LOVEDDDD). She was great whenever I was renting the unit, to an extent. She answered my questions quickly usually when I was having issues in my unit. However, she made statements to me at my quarterly inspection that werent clear which caused me to have to pay extra days in my unit that I didnt need. However, once I was no longer renting my unit, her responses were much more delayed and rather rude at times I felt. When it came to getting my security deposit back, she found any possible thing to charge me in order to keep as much as my deposit since I had not made any damages to the unit, such as charging a $150 cleaning fee after I spent 3 hours cleaning the unit and KNOW this charge is very unreasonable along with other charges that could of been told to me prior. PSA: the listing on most sites has washer/dryer connections listed, but the unit does not have any.

i moved 200 lodge dr unit # 1208 on may 12,2017 the realastate agent who moved me into this place was vernie mcnamee i was told the carpet would be changed but the day i moved in this was not done vernie told me the carpet had to be ordered and this would be done also their was a very strong ordor in the unit vernie told me the unit had been sprayed very heavy and that this ordor would go away in a few hours well this was a lie the chemical ordor mix with the animal urine and feces never went away it was so foul and awful i had to sleep in my car 3 nights in may it was hot outside also i had a lot of flys in the unit near the window that was broken and i had large roaches and i had a broke lock and this was the worst part the refrigerator had what looked like animal feces in it i have a lot of pictures of all the issues iam sick as of today because of the strong chemicals in the unit please do not rent this place unless it is torn down and remolded--this place is a death trap wires hanging from the hot water heater that will harm any child i have pictires-in humane issues

Sandy Thidodeaux was one of two realtors we interviewed for our house. While the other was pessimistic about many of the features of our house we considered positives Sandy accentuated those positives and enthusiastically marketed the house.
