Initially Mr. Duncan presented himself as a kind and reasonable person, however that was far from the truth. After I signed the paperwork, he no longer wanted me to contact him directly. He no longer wanted to answer any questions and concerns that I had. As the process of me leaving the home, I realized that every day there was a new issue or something else that required to be fixed. Of course he suggested I pay for this out of my profit. His office staff informed me that I had a person who had signed for the house and paid the deposit as of last Thursday 7/20/2017 however on today I was told that was a lie. Next I was told that I would not receive payments for the house until the 10th, 20th, and 30th of the month. This was never communicated to me I was told that all payments would be done electronically via the owner portal, which I never received by the way, so it was shocking to learn that I would be responsible for late fees incurred do their set payment schedules. Finally he terminated my agreement informed me on 7/25/2017 that there was never a leasee and accused me of noncompliance on issues that he never communicated to me. So now I am out of state and must find another property management company after I trusted this man and his employees. Not to mention that one of his employees Quentin was extremely rude and condescending please do not use this company.

Mr. Duncan & his staff are extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. They dont refund any of your deposit. They lie and say they will. Then after they rent the property; they claim bogus damages and repairs. I have proof the property was left immaculate condition.
