Worth the price! I was a member for almost a year before I started working there. Very friendly staff, very clean locker rooms, very free coffee. Even if I have to wait for equipment here is always something else I can do. The classes have great instructors who are dedicated to the members who attend. The trainers are knowledgeable and (more importantly) approachable. The number one reason I joined was for the convenient location. The second was the accessible hours.

You have to check out the new expansion at AAC! They have added a second large Group Exercise Studio, Pilates Reformer Studio, Boxing Studio, upgraded and added more cycles to the Cycle studio, upgraded interactive Childcare Center with indoor / outdoor play area. ZERO enrollment fee! Month to Month Membership, no commitment, and the best staff in the area. They care about me as a member and my health!

As of Jan 2009, memberships are $83/month plus a $250 initiation fee. Ive only been in there once for the tour, but for that kind of money, Id expect racquet facilities, an indoor basketball hoop and maybe even a pool. This place has none of that. While the equipment is all very new and the locker rooms are really nice, youre basically paying for the convenience of the location.

$80 per month? Woow. And only 1 consultation from a trainer. Hope the equipment is laced with gold for that price. Never thought wantjng to just run on a tredmill 1 hr each day would cost so much. Maybe I should buy my own. Geez to expensive

A great friendly club. I was new to town and was welcomed with open arms and made a lot of friends here. Also a very comprehensive group fitness offering. And you can never beat complimentary towels and coffee! :)

Did a 5 day trial they were promoting , and it was perfectly adaquate...it had treadmills and weights etc. And them they wanted to charge $87/month, which is more than twice what every nearby gym runs

$25 per day rate. I work out on the road quite often, going rate is $10 - $15. Ive never seen above $15.
