Excellent little gym. It has everything Id need for a normal workout. Plenty of cardio options, free weights, pullies, and assisted 20lb (probably) bars for lifting plates. The showers are both very large and handicap accesible. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the staff. The only reason it didnt get a 5 star was because they didnt have an unassisted free bar section. For how compact a gym it is, they really have an incredible selection of equipment.

This is the perfect gym for daily workouts and quick in and out sessions. They have a good variety of equipment and area to stretch and do non machine work. The staff is helpful its very clean and always well maintained. For this to be called express it offers much more and Its well worth the membership

I look for fitness centers all around the city and i heard about this place so i came in for a visit to me the staff isnt to friendly unless your a member this place really dont impress me at all
