As Marylands first gymnasium to cater to parkour, tricking, and Ninja Warrior training, they have set the bar very high for anyone that follows. Through the variety of workshops, classes, and obstacles, there is something that everyone can enjoy. The very size of the facility and the affordability of both their open gym and classes allows for so much flexibility in the skills that you can learn (and, most importantly, have fun doing,) here. I attended a Tricking Workshop that they did in January as a bystander (I thought that someone as new as myself wouldnt gain much from it,) and it blew my mind just how much I was able to learn simply from watching the instructors give their class. I am absolutely going to attend & participate in the next one that they do because every level of expertise was given one-on-one instructor attention. I absolutely wouldve been able to REALLY progress had I taken advantage of the event. I will not make the same mistake twice!

This place was awesome! I mean- on the first day I walk in and Im already hooked. The owner gave me a tour and it was amazing! I got straight to doing parkour. I went one day, maybe a week and a half ago and then I went like three days in a row then I got the monthly pass. I was doing some parkour yesterday, and one of the guys came over and started helping me practice my vaults! I could barely do a thief vault, now I almost can do a double kong perfectly! I didnt even ask! It was awesome! Youve got to go.

This gym is amazing if youre into parkour, tricking or ninja warrior training! The facility has a spring floor, dedicated parkour area & around 15 ninja warrior obstacles. The gym offers a ton of classes & everyone there is very helpful, unlike a traditional gym. Their open gym membership is extremely affordable with basically unlimited access for the month. Nothing but positive about this place! 8)

Decided to check this place out during open gym time and struggled with the obstacles, but David was awesome! He helped us try a few of the easier ones out and showed us exercises to work on. Unless you can lift yourself using just one arm, you might want to start out with a class, but its a cool place, and everyone who works there is great. - Adam + Mary
