Amazing storage company! They were so much nicer, easier, and more professional to deal with than Devon, the previous owners of my building. They got ride of all those entrapping fees--the kind where Devon made you give 10 days notice and, if you didnt, you had to pay a whole extra month. They also brought in a great new set of people who were smart, kind, and effective communicators. I highly recommend this company and, in particular, the Falls Road branch.

Update: I spoke to Nick in regards to my concerns. I was very satisfied with how he handled the situation. He sent someone in to make some repairs to hopefully prevent something like this from happening again. Thanks Nick! my bin was broken into 6-24-17 , to easy to brake in the bins on 2 floor . chicken wire for the ceilings. somebody living on 2 floor. homeless person.....my daughters bike was stolen, i had to make my own repairs.

Do not get a storage locker here! My locker was broken into and my things were stolen. Someone came in, pulled up the fencing on top of each one and stole from each locker. Your things will not be safe here!!!!

Do not ask for the online brochure, I did this and since then am getting repeatedly brochures although I already complained. Would stay away from this !!!!
