I used storage here for a few months while selling my home and was very pleased with Tiffanys excellent service. I came just to rent a storage bin, but got much more than just a space. She gave me very helpful packing tips, and offered genuine care in preserving my items with advice and information specific to my items while being sure not to harass me with upselling nonsense. I thought it was too good to be true and actually googled some of her advice about air pressure and humidity, and this girl knows her stuff! She was with me from a phone calls start to the moving out finish. Its amazing how just one person can keep up not just with renting to customers, but maintaining honest customer care throughout, offering educated answers to my questions, and all while running both the in-and-outside of the whole place! I highly recommend renting here! Also, someone give the poor child an award or something, because where I come from, people liek her are hard to find.

I am very pleased with my storage unit at Public Storage, the location and hours of operation are very convenient. Mr. Gee Pearson took the time to explain to me my options based on the items I needed to store. He gave me a tour of the facility and showed me the different storage units to assist me in selecting the right size unit for my storage needs. Moreover, he was very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel pressured to make a decision before I was ready. I am very impressed with Mr. Pearson professionalism, and for going that extra mile to ensure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. Our organization has been using this storage facility for over a year now and have been very pleased with the service and security at the Yorktown location. Gee knows his customers and always greets us with a smile. He is knowledgable about all aspects of using the storage units and has provided us with the information we needed for getting everything into the unit, accessing it and the fees charged. We should only need the unit for another full month. We will certainly recommend this location to others. If we need a storage unit in the future, we will definitely rely on Gee for service.

We reserved our unit online and showed up close to closing time due to a long drive and traffic. Tiffani was so great. She was with another customer when we arrived but she was very accommodating. Once it was our turn, she was very patient with us even though our toddler was not being cooperative. When it was time for me to sign the papers, Tiffani actually kept my son entertained to give me time to read over the paperwork! She was seriously so understanding and helpful. The storage unit was a great price as well for the size we reserved.

Was sent to this property through the Call Center after making my reservation this past weekend. The property manager Susan was very professional and did an awesome job!! She even stayed late to move me in because I was not able to get there until about 4:45pm and they were suppose to close at 5pm. Thank you Susan for your awesome assistance and for making my move in so easy and pleasant!! I will definitely recommend Public Storage..

A super job by Susan in haldling my rental agreement. She showed me the unit and even during a rain storm. Her advise to obtain insurance was good while I check to see if my own policy covers my belongings. She is a professional and is an expert representative for Public Storage. She is personable, friendly, and could answer all my questions, particularly about security measures taken by Public Storage. Thanks again.

5 stars for management. Its obvious that Gs been doing this for a while. My first time storing he made sure I could fit all my stuff, even though I questioned if the space would be big enough. Ive been in and out several times and he really takes customer service seriously. He even gave me a hand unloading one time. Its refreshing to see a young man so eager to take care of the customer. I would recommend, for sure!

Tameika the manager at this facility did an outstanding job accommodating our storage needs. She was polite, friendly, pleasant and attentive. She provided answers to all my questions and the flexibility demonstrated by her in taking care of our storage needs was a surprise. This is a clean, convenient and pleasant place to do business, this is directly attributable to Tameikas personality and professionalism.

Had my stuff in a unit at this location for 5 years. This was a great place to store my belongings while I got back on my feet. Never had any issues with the company or with my belongings being stored there. In fact the only issue I ever had with the place was the unit I was in sometimes the sliding lock would stick due to it being rusted but I always brought some WD40 and that always took care of it.

The service was fantastic.The pricing was phenomenally lower than any other place we called.A 5x5 storage unit for $20 a month is crazy low.Tiffany the property manager was extremely helpful and informative.She made us feel like we made the right choice in choosing her location and very comfortable about storing our personal belongings there.

The local office is ok but cannot complete some tasks or answer questions about the regulations, the staff also push their products such as locks and their insurance that is not required but the say is. The corporate office is awful and never once returned a call, letter, or email. I would stay away and find another storage unit.

Best hassle-free service in the area with a good selection of packing and moving supplies conveniently on-site. However the best perk here is by far the property manager Tiffani. Her expertise of relative humidity and excessive temperatures on storage units rivals that of most of my colleagues in the HVAC industry!
