Recently got all of my items out of my storage unit. They have been in the unit for about 9-10 months now. My bedroom set is pretty much ruined, something I was definitely not expecting since i was paying over 80 dollars a month to keep everything safe. Every one of the drawers from my dresser is warped, as well as covered in green and black mold at the bottom. Ive cleaned as much as i could off of it, but the smell still resides. The same goes for my night stand and bed frame, both of which i am now getting rid of. I somewhat blame myself for not consistently checking on my things, as well as not heeding the red flags at the beginning of my usage when i confronted the owners about the roaches I noticed in the hallways and in my unit. It was then recommended to me that I, myself, go buy roach killer for my unit. Real nice. Unless all youre putting in your unit is metal furniture OR if youre only using it for a month or two to store your items, I DO NOT recommend this place. Unless of course youre okay with all of your things smelling bad and growing fungus, then by all means this is the self storage for you.

Well it was great until today. Yesterday I moved our daughter to the wonderful W&M. She called to tell them she would be no longer using the storage unit. BILL was on speaker phone when he got extremely rude to my daughter for leaving the unit and not giving five days notice as the rules stipulate. He was very nasty, rude, crass. My daughter had prepaid the month. She still had two weeks left that she had paid for. She was far more mature than BILL and told him due to still having two weeks left prepaid she was giving him HIS FIVE DAYS NOTICE. Never has there been such a rude man for absolutely NO REASON. I would stay away from this place. His mentality made no sense at all. Thank you BILL!

Our time is soon expiring here at Jack Rabbit and it has been great thus far. I have no complaints, no issues, and no rodents. They are extremely good with their security checks. They really do check every unit (im not sure how often). I went to my unit one night after work to grab something, after doing so, I shut the door and locked my unit (so i thought). They called me the NEXT DAY to inform me that my unit was not properly secured. I was very thankful and happy to know that I have peace of mind where my belongings are stored. Thanks for all you do.

My original reservation was not with Jack Rabbit, But I am so glad I ended here! With a full moving van packed up. My original storage unit was closed for the day and JR came through. The staff was friendly, very accommodating when I asked for them to show me another unit. And the price is not bad! My first month was 1/2 off. Really the only downfall is they do not accept cash, so I had to go to the nearest 7-eleven to get a Money Order.

The two managers who live on the property were very friendly, they were always very accommodating - even with the smallest requests..I could not be happier with the service. Prices were very competitive to others in the area but it was the warm customer service that really won me over. I recommend them to those seeing self storage in the area. Keisha J.

Never had a problem and the owner remembers names to include kids names so you feel like family and get treated that way. Always there to offer support and is always checking on all the units to ensure no one is messing around with your stuff and works with you on months that you are having a hard time with money. Great place. As long as Im stationed here I will always use them

Both times Ive used this Jack Rabbit facility I was very happy with how quick and easy it was. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are great. It is especially convenient that they include free use of their moving truck at move in and offer very reasonable rates to rent it upon moving out.

This was my first time placing my stuff in storage, so I was a little anxious about that on top of the stress of moving. The staff at Jack Rabbit were very helpful and friendly. They also take very very good care of the property, this was evident when they showed me around. So far I am very pleased.
