I have used your company for the last couple of years to help the small businesses in my community, but after today I will never bring my car back. I have it towed there to find out whats wrong after it "broke down". We already knew the fuel pump was broken, so they put a few dollars of gas in it and it starts right up, so the problem was it had run out of gas and it would have cost over $800 to fix and I said no do not fix it. When my son comes to pick it up you have the nerve to charge me $106..... for what, hooking it up to a machine to tell me what I already knew was wrong and for putting a few dollars worth of gas in it. And you say it was an hours worth of labor. Please, you will never have my business again. What a crying shame to charge that much for basically doing NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!! I will find a more reliable small business that DOES NOT RIP OFF their customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Very happy with my experience at Burtonsville Automotive! I took two older, but well maintained, vehicles there for MD inspections with which I KNOW other shops might have found fault and attempted to sell me unnecessary repairs. The folks at this shop got to work promptly at our appointment times, completed the inspections quicker than expected, and as I mentioned above, did not try to rip me off! It is unfortunate that in this industry, there are many shops that try to take advantage of people but at least there is an honest mechanic in Burtonsville.

This shop is good. I have brought my vehicles to them and have recommended them to friends and have always had a positive outcome. Even when I messed up my brake bleed and brought it to in they helped me out without giving me any grief. Keep up the good work Wes and crew!
