Updated: 3/30/16 MEM contacted me to let me know that the problem employee was taken care of. I decided to give them a second chance and everything went well this time. I will continue to use MEM as they are convenient and prices are comparable. I feel as if the problem people have been taken care of but I will continue to double check their work and fees, as I would any other auto repair shop. ----------------------------------------- I took my car in to be inspected and they charged me for labor and bulbs in my third break light (before even asking me). I asked the front desk lady to clarify and she brought out the mechanic, Keith. He tried to convince me that they replaced 4 light bulbs in my third break light assembly by taking it out of the car, taking it apart and replacing lights. The assembly is LED (no bulbs) and after calling Toyota they verified there are NO BULBS in the third break light. They lied, charged me for work and parts they didnt put into the car and stole money from me.

I took my car to this shop on 3/6/2012 when I had a cylinder 4 misfire. They replaced the coil with (of course) the most expensive coil (as far as I know, I was charged 2x the average price I found on the internet) known to man, apparently. I accepted their quoted price and they fixed my car. (and not before trying to sell me used tires I DO NOT NEED, telling me mine are in desperate need of replacing. When only one needed to be replaced) BUT.. Only for a short amount of time. The coil they replaced has now gone bad 96 days later, and I had to buy a new one and replace it myself. I will NEVER return to this shop again. As I do not prefer to pay for anything twice.

Ive been going to MEM Auto for my inspections and emissions for about 3 years. Theyre amazing!! Very fast and extremely friendly. I always have a long and pleasant conversation with the young woman at the front desk every time Im there. Recently I had issues on my two front tires, she took me out there to show me exactly how bad they were and what to do to fix them. Im sure there are some places that wouldnt have cared and passed me anyways. They always take care of me. I live an hour away now, but have absolutely no problem traveling that hour for their service. I would recommend them 100%!!

This is an awesome shop! We trust them completely and we have been taking our cars to them for years. Matt, Jennifer and the rest of the creware honest and really care about their customers. They even took the time to look at a used car for us before for we bought it to make sure it was a good purchase! They are wonderful!!!!

Wonderful service and people. Superb price for the service they give. They fix you car and you dont have to worry about them trying to sell you a bunch of stuff that you do not need. The peace of mind that they give you is PRICELESS.
