My partner and I are just leaving the cube smart to reserve a unit and I have to say this was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had. This moving process has been so stressful but Kia and Ky made our day. They were so helpful and informative. They helped us find a unit that worked for us and even worked to help us reserve a truck to make the move even easier. They made us smile all while providing the most amazing service! This is my second time renting with CubeSmart, and as usual their customer service is impeccable. Theyre always helpful and courteous, and always greeting with a smile. You can count on their staff to find the best deal, and a perfect fit. You are never just a number....I was met by the lovely Ky, who I met at my last location, with a hug, and she even remembered my name, after over a year!

Travaun Montgomery, and Blair Dixon set the bar for customer service. I had to change my move-in date last minute, and they were able to get me into a new unit, and set me up for a truck the same day. They were just very polite and considering I went in having the worse day, I definitely left Cubesmart with a smile on my face. You guys are awesome. Thank you so much for everything.

We misplaced the key of our storage unit. Travaun Montgomery helped us opened it after verifying Identification which is a relief. Everything went smoothly thanks to him. He is an asset to the store since we lease there so many managers have come and go.. I hope they keep him. I didnt provide 5 stars because Cubesmart increases the fee every year which I find unneccesary.

Management here was very rude when I asked for help with a simple issue, I was lied to and a business should not do that. Customer Service is everything when there are other Storage units all around and for much cheaper than their rates. The door also was halfway broken and was never fixed even though I asked. Will never do business with this company again.
