The staff at the front desk were fabulous and they cared that I was able to get in and into my new unit. On the professionalism of Jamilla, on the phone, and Antoinette, in person, both get 5 out of 5 stars. Since I did not transport my belongings until later in the evening on rental day, I did not realize the flaw in the access door to the building my rental unit is in. On the construction of the access to the unit, using a rolling cart, you get a 2.5. The step is just too high for a loaded cart to go up unless it is very lightly loaded. Even access to the rolling door ( an excellent concept) is lost because of the high curb the cart has to climb. this is a construction flaw and in no way the fault of the fabulous staff you hired for the location.

I was in a crunch and was shopping around for a place to store some personal items. I went to Public Storage then stop pass Extra Space shopping around. Rob met me at the counter he showed me a few units and he was very professional through out the tour of the property. He made me feel like I had to rent there showing me how clean the property is and as well the top notch security. To make a long story short he said he wanted my business giving me a cheaper price. Which sealed the deal for me, If you need storage stop pass Extra Space Storage on Walker Mill Rd and see Rob he is excellent and will make sure you have the right unit and a good price.

The gentleman that helped me at the Walker Mill Rd site was excellent. He was very detailed, professional and polite. He showed me more then one storage unit giving me more options to select from and that was appreciated. This was my first time using a storage facility for my things and I must say that it is really clean and well kept. That in itself has put my mind at ease when selecting a facility for storage. This has been a great experience. I would most certainly recommend this facility for anyone that is need of storage.

Teleaka Lee, store manager, was wonderful! She really understands what good customer service means and how to properly interact and educate her customers. Because of her, I recommend this facility to anyone and I recommend you try and speak to Taleaka!!! Also, let me mention I also got to see how she handles a busy office singlehandedly--there were customers on the phone and a few at the counter she was able to make each of us feel attended to and We just feel like she is on top of it. Great manager!!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Public Storage. My most recent experience with Mr. Sean B. and Ms. Antoinette was great. I had left my storage unit with issues because of my mothers death. I thought that I had lost out. However, because I had been keeping in contact with them and letting them know what was going on. I didnt lose too much cash when it came time to settle out. I also didnt lose my ability to store with them again. It was definitely a great experience.

She was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the property and made me feel at home.
