Not one to do reviews normally, but I wanted to make sure that I highlighted this store. I am in the middle of moving while my home is being built and our temporary residence isnt large enough to fit all of our stuff. While in a rush I stopped in to Cubesmart just to check out prices and get an idea of what my options were before I sale or donate anything. I came in unsure of a lot and feeling all over the place, however I was met with a reassuring smile from Jade and Kyiefa who reassured me of storing my items, explained the process, size I would probably need for my time there, and calmed my nerves about this move and holding place. The only thing I would add to that store is better candy....lol. Thanks guys you all saved my mind in the time of transition!

My wife and I rented one unit thinking our furniture would fit, but that didnt happen. My wife was freaking out because the store was closing and the movers still had an entire truck to offload. KY, the store manager, was patient and said to her no worries Im not going to leave you guys until i find you another unit. She actually found us 2 more and everything fit. Ky was very professional, caring, and knowledgeable about what we needed. She made my wife at ease by walking with her, viewing what was left on the truck and deciding what unit size was actually needed. She never rushed us during the process.

The service was outstanding and most important, both were polite, courteous, and professional. In todays world, so many businesses do not provide good or great customer service -- its almost like they feel like they are doing you a favor. However, this was not the case with Lacy and Jeffrey. Ms. Kai is the absolute best! I recently encounter a serious life change in my career and finances that put my in a situation where I got behind on my payments and was in jeopardy of losing my personal possessions, I believe God put people in certain positions and Ms. Kai is in her position. All of the CubeSmart (Clinton) employees I have had the opportunity to speak to have always been true professionals with excellent customer service. Because of CubeSmart Clinton, I will always choose CubeSmart over any other storage facility!!!

My sister referred me to this cubesmart because they took such good care of her. James was great on the phone before I came in. Jade was amazing from the time I walked into the door until I was walking out. I could have gone to probably hundreds of storage places in the area but employees like Jade makes the difference!!!! I will refer all my friends and family here too... Thanks Jade!!! Moving is a stressful time time. Thank you for making this part so easy!!!

Lacy and the team at this Cube Smart are the very best ever. I have had to rent storage space all over the country as I travel every 4 years for my job to a new locations and need storage space all the time until I find housing and the facility would be ranked the very best ever. At 7805 Old Alexandria Ferry Rd location i was very impressed about the service and attention my wife and i received. Not only was the service good but very welcoming. Its rare you walk into a business and they are training that you get the full service or attentiveness your looking for but at 7805 they managed it all with flying colors. Your corporate office really needs to read about the level of customer service that is achieved here at this location on a daily basis. I have never had so many smiles to greet me at the door. Yes hello to those who may be thinking of renting a storage CubeSmart its a smart idea very good place they have very good accommodations quite clean central air conditioning so that you dont have to worry about mildew or mold Ive been with them for several years I think its you store at CubeSmart you making a great decision I should just CubeSmart the place to go for rental

Ky is amazing. She helps me at every single possible point. I park 3 of my dump trucks at this location and sometimes I need her to print me out forms for the company and she does with no problem. She always has a smile on her face and if ever there is a problem she is quick with a solution. I would definitely suggest this location to anyone who asks. Thanks Ky.

I love the customer service at this location. Ky, James and Jade go out of their way to make sure im a satisfied customer! I drive a tractor trailer, the site isles are nice and wide on the property. I have no issues accessing my parking space at all. I would recommend this location to those need parking spaces! Thank you Cubesmart Clinton!
