The Customer Service I received from Ms. Tierney I feel went beyond the scope of her job description. Ms. Tierneys excellent professionalism with me let me know she shines bright for every customer that has ever walked in that door during her shift. Oh yes I must add on the phone as well. I cancelled but, her C. S. skills got me there before 3pm to see first hand how a Diamond out of the Rough shines so brightly! Ms. Tierney I appreciate your awesome Customer Service and I thank you for being knowledgeable of my needs and respect for my time. Public Storage you got a great person and a awesome employee in Ms. Tierney!

I would like to thank Tierney for being the most hospitable, accommodating and courteous Public Storage associate! She so graciously took the time to perfectly explain and go through the best options for my storage needs all with a genuine smile on her face. Tierney walked with me to the unit asking relevant questions and explained how I could fit all of my furniture in the unit.. She is extremely friendly and funny! She is well versed on Public Storage policies and is most definitely an asset to the corporation! Thanks for the amazing service you provide for customers!

I highly recommend public storage. They have so many locations. Its very convenient. They even call after you rent a unit and ask how the move is going and ask if they can be of any assistance. Excellent customer service. The staff is very nice. Thats hard to find today. I especially like the service of I think his name is Gardiner. He is very helpful when you call with a question, or when you come to the facility. The units are bright, there is plenty of space and light while you are at your unit.If you need storage go to public storage.

I went to go buy some boxes and other moving supplies. Karen was sooooo amazing when I walked in she stood up and greeted me. She asked how could she help and I said I needed some boxes. She started to point out the different sizes, I mustve looked extra confused cause she goes let me help you! She walked over and described each packing system and told me how simple it would make my move. Karen was such a big help I saved money and time. I was in and out in two minutes she even opened the door for me when I was leaving!!! Thanks Karen!!!

I came in today to inquire about storage spaces and Ms tierny was very pleasant and understanding. I told her what I would be storing she came up wit the size showed me and it was perfect size, and also made recommendations on what I may need to protect my belongings. she went thru everything and at this moment I really didnt know what size I needed she helped me wit everything even though I wasnt renting today . she went way beyond her job to explain everything to me and I will be storing soon at this location. My experience with the staff at this location was awesome! Brittany, Desmond and Tylisa took the worst of a situation and made it more pleasant to deal with. Corporate/Customer service (Joseph) was very uncaring and had a nonchalant attitude about my online issues and the DM (Fatina Abdeen) wasnt helpful either! She had no customer service skills either. If I were in that kind of position, caring for my customers would come 1st! I wish she could get a citation for her demeanor.

The representative that helped me was very friendly. When inquiring why I needed to have insurance at the time of purchase, he was able to explain the reasoning for purchase instead of giving me a brief "just because its required" answer. Also, the gentleman has provided me with the courtesy calls which serve as a reminder about payment and service. Overall, helpful and great customer service!

On saturday i had a wonderful exprerience at public storage. I had just moved from dc and was in need of moving boxes. I called the store and Margaret kindly gave me the different prices & total. She had excellent customer service, she even gave me directions to the store. I would recommend public storage and her services to all my family and friends. Thank you.

Today I went in to this location just to check price and to get information on how the storage thing works .... The young man that was in the office by the name of troy he was very informative and answered questions I didnt know I needed to asked ... Troy is very professional and I thank him for that and will come back when I need to get the space in two months

This was my first experience in renting a storage unit. After telling what ill be storing and approximate sizes of the items, Mr. Pryor knowledge of the facility and units was a big help in providing a unit that fit my needs. Because of his honesty, and not selling me more than what I need, would recommend anyone I come across that needs a storage unit.

I rented the 8×10 this month, at which time they were running a 50% off promotion. Be advised there are 1st time admin fees. The manager who helped me was Karen. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. She walked the facility grounds with me and gave helpful tips. Great experience.
