This was a great experience from the very beginning until I left the facility. Starting with a wonderful call and great customer service from Chanea who book an immediate reservation for me as I drove up from Georgia. After arriving at the Public Storage and meeting Chanea, the wonderful service surprisingly got even better as she explained every single detail to me and showed me to units of different sizes so I could make a choice based on the amount of items that I had in my truck. Chanea explained everything I needed to know from auto-payment plan to storage fees and due dates and late fee charges. This is how business should be run and Chanea was exceptional in all areas. As a business man it is always great to find wonderful customer service.

Poorly run. No security systems in place except for automatic door the has a history of being comprimised. History of storage areas broken into with useless insurance that you must pay for increases every year. Corporate management does not keep word when you can not get into your non-functional storage area but charges you anyway. They do not keep word on promise to discount up to $200+. Evidence that your space has been entered because your belongings are rearranged. Security of stored property is comprised, condoned by management and not enforced by management. Numerous customers believe that a break in was an "inside job". No operational cameras through property. Computer systems are not in existence.

Was a difficult and rushed relocation. Jamese - helped me a great deal!! I was spoiled, unfortunately so far none of the other employees have been as helpful or friendly. Jamese secured me a unit, confirmed my appointment, made sure I had the correct size and insurance coverage. Once I got my own insurance she made cancelling the policy a breeze. I would hire her if I had a job for her. So far access has been easy, happy I found this place.

Jamese was as nice and charismatic in person as she was on the phone. She was professional and thorough; ensuring I choose the appropriate size facility for my needs. Jamese patiently explained all the documents that required my signature and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Jamese is a asset for Public Storage; shes definitely someone you want to have around to represent your company.

I came in to this public storage a couple of days ago and met Jamese she was very professional and nice. She helped me with my merchandise sale I brought some boxes and tape. She was so nice I ended up stay and talking to her she is very very very professional and if you need anything come here come visit her she likes to talk and enjoy the company .... THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN JAMESE!!!!!!!!!

All I can say is.....WOW!!!!! Anns customer service was hands down the best I have had in ages. I had a not-so-good experience with another storage facility prior to coming here and I was really scarred from it. The professionalism and courtesy I received from Ann really changed my perception on storage facilities and because of that I will forever do business with Public Storage.

Ive been to this property a couple of times to pay my sisters storage bill & I must say that it is always a pleasurable experience. Almost every time I go there, a young lady named Margaret is working there. She always waits on me in a timely fashion, is very polite, & always displays an outstanding level of professionalism. We need more people like her in customer service.

Currently going through an illegal eviction and went into this store unexpectedly over the weekend to compare prices. The young lady Margaret was very helpful and knowledgable. She even listened to me rant about my jerk of a landlord. Definitely recommend this store based off of customer service.

Supposed to close at 9pm, we arrived at 8:45 and its closed. The website says its closed! Why is it closed and its not closing. Now I have to pay for rental truck another day.
