I find Chaconas and Jamese to be both wonderful and dedicated team of professional employees determined to maintain and exceed Public Storage Company business process expectations in the quality of services provided to customers of Public Storage Company. Every time I visited the property, I have always received a first class customer service. Both employees are nice and always helpful, polite, welcoming and professional. It is very amazing that I received more updates on the new Public Storage Company policy changes from these two graceful employees than from company customer service department via my e-mail. I was stunned and so surprised to learn last week when I stopped at the property office to pay my monthly storage space bill about the new monthly payment deadline set now for a 6 days grace period down from previously 15 days grace period. More importantly, this policy is to take effect this April, which is just 2weeks away. Kudos to Chaconas and Jamese and please extend my sincere appreciation to your two real sunshine makers for their support and professional assistance to the customers!!!

I have been a customer at this Public Storage location since 03/28/09. I am giving the property a 4 star rating because of having being locked out 3 times in the last year because the gate code was not working. I also almost decided to move out about 2 years ago because I had a bad experience with one of the temporary property managers. I changed my mind after meeting the now manager JAMESE who totally changed my out look and showed not only myself but a lot of the other renters I have known and talked to over the years that she is someone that really seems to care! She is always professional, ready to help, and always greets you with a smile. When we have a concern, she is one of the few people that will respond aways and within a reasonable time. I try to be a good client, pay my rent on time but at one point I really thought my business at Public Storage was not appreciated. The property managers are the people that represent Public Storage and I am thankful you have JAMESE and the rest of people at this location now. I give the staff at 27012 property 5 stars!

I needed extra storage space to store furniture and went online to search for storage facilities close to my house. I compared prices and found Public Storage to have the best prices. The next day I visited the Forestville location and immediately knew I had made the right decision. Monica, who I believe is the manager, was extremely patience, courteous and informative. She gathered additional information to make sure I was getting the most appropriate storage size to meet my needs. She explained the pricing process and even identified another Public Storage close to my house with lower rental fees. I did eventually rented from the Forestville location because it is more conveniently located than the other location. Zero stars if allowed. Storage unit seekers BEWARE. Called to find out if insurance is offered and is it through them or a third party on the storage units that they have and she refused to answer any of the questions over the phone. She said I had to come in to discuss anything and to have any questions answered. type of ish.. is that. Whats the point of having a business number posted on the internet if you cannot call to get a yes or no answer. Who wastes gas/ money to have a person say no or yes. Sounded like a scammer. Does the persons appearance affect how much it costs to rent a unit or if they will offer you insurance. Not buying it and not going to recommend them. You Cant even ask if they have indoor sprinklers for the units nor is it air cooled.

I am shopping around for a storage unit for my things and I want a place that is well managed, has great video security, and looks like a decent place. So I stopped into this location and I was amazed by the cleanliness of the property. I went inside and asked questions about the size of unit I would need so I could get pricing. Shawnell helped me and she was so nice, attentive and quickly understood what I needed. She made sure that I was offered everything that public storage provides such as boxes,tape, etc. I think I have made my decision and I plan to go back and rent a unit. Great customer service and great up keep of the property.

I had to select at least one star in order to post my comment, but this location gets no stars. They are all about the dollars and cents. I had to pay an extra $250 for a mistake on their part. The customer service of the office staff and the local managers, IS THE WORSE. I will NEVER use this location or company again, and I will definitely not be referring anyone to them!!! I dont know how they are receiving positive reviews, unless they had a change in management and staff.

Sarah and Tamese were busily mopping and sweeping the floors when I arrived at the storage unit on Saturuday. They were courteous, professional, and very helpful. I could not find my storage unit and they guided me to my unit. Oh, and floors looked great and the place was smelling good. It is a pleasure to come to a pleasant smelling storage facility and to know that my personal items are stored in a place where an organization cares. Keep up the good work!

I have been a customer with Public Storage for over 2 years at this location. My experience overall has been great. Monica is truly one of the nicest people I have met in customer service industries in a long time. When I came in to end my storage relationship DeTroy and Tylisa was there to assist. I came into this facility a couple of weeks ago and met to young ladys that were very nice and welcoming... Even though I was not able to rent they were both able to answer all the questions I could possibly think of. They were very informative about everything which was very helpful considering that this was me first time thinking about getting storage.... I Just really what to thank them and that day that I need storage I know where to go.

I came to and inquire about a space and Ms. Chaconas was very helpful, polite and very informative. I plan to come and rent a Storage Unit very very soon! The company should be very proud that they have someone like her behind the counter She is very professional, I thought she was the Manager on Duty for the Moment , I cant wait to continue to do business with you guys ! I feel very at ease to leave my priceless valuables in the unit

Today I walked into Public Storage sooo confused and not knowing anything about the process. But thank GOD for Monica! She was SO knowledgeable about the process and immediately put me at ease. She detailed everything for me; from the insurance, to the billing options, to even how to use the lock! Lol she was so professional, thorough and nice, and I definitely would recommend this location to my fam and friends!!
