I have gotten two storage units with Extra Space Storage. I love the services that I receive at this storage space. I was given very detailed information about the rules on the property and the dos and donts. The storage space is always clean and neat and there is hardly ever a lot of traffic on the property. My first time renting a storage Rob assisted me with getting started and he was very professional, patient, helpful & very knowledgeable about Extra Space. My second time renting I was helped my Latasha and she was very professional and friendly as well. I hope that this is the last time that I will need to pay a storage every month, But If I had to do it all over again this would be my first stop.

Was skeptical upon walking in noting that it was across from southern Ave DC but.. that fooled me I greeted mr Michael who then assured me that my property would be in good standing!! I was impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment!! I was even given different options of space depending on the amount of goods I had.. no pressure upon my decision!! This place was immaculate.. I normally wouldnt trust a public storage but this one here gave me a sure piece of mind.. lastly they do let you know as it is public be sure to buy the protective coverage.. oh ps the manager Rob has OCD as well so no doubt in a clean environment for your belongings!!!!!!!!

LOOKED ONLINE FOR A STORAGE UNIT. MOST OF THE REVIEWS FROM OTHER UNITS WERE TERRIBLE. I CAME ACROSS EXTRA SPACE STORAGE AND DECIDED TO TRY THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE. THE EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME. THE BUILDING WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND THE MANAGER (ROB) WAS SO PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. I AM STILL REELING FROM HOW NICE AND CLEAN THE SPACE IS AND THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE MANAGER. HE WAS VERY EASY TO TALK TOO AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS TO MY SATISFACTION. ANYONE THAT I KNOW THAT NEEDS STORAGE SPACE I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO EXTRA SPACE STORAGE..901 SOUTHERN AVE.

Extra Space Storage is the best!!! Ive had my unit for 4 months now and its been nothing but a great experience. Rob, the manager, help me rent my unit which is a 10x7. He took me to view the unit, gave me the discount price online with the insurance and lock. Customer service is the best Ive ever experienced. I was so impressed that Ive informed a family member that also rents with them as well. Keep in mind, every storage company isnt the same. Trust me, Ive had some spider infested and mice infested storage units but NEVER will u have that problem here. Thanks for the GREAT EXPERIENCE

I have to say the staff at this location are GREAT. Darond is the man. Its a wonderful feeling to get an instant response when you place a reservation online and you immediately get a call. He was extremely professional and respectful. OMG....Rob is the best. This is my first time renting a storage unit and he has made it an excellent experience. Hes truly dedicated to his job as well as customers, and for that I thank him. Today he went above and beyond his duties..... I would definitely recommend this facility to people. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

I order my unit online last night I really did not expect to get a call back rite away. But I did a nice gentleman call me to confirm my reservation at a 10 this morning, he called me again just to double check if I needed the unit, I can to the storage this morning and meet with Rob he explained everything to me on clear detail went over everything I needed to know he was very very helpful, then I realized that he was the man who called me last night. I really want to thank him for make this last minute unexpected event so easy.

I was referred by a Dexter who currently rents a unit there and he was right. Rob was very professional and the place was really really clean. I was surprised how clean this place was all I can say if you need a unit go here and asked for Rob. He told me he didnt have any promotions right now because he was just about full, when we went to the back to see the unit I see why. Property was clean and the unit he shows me smelled good too.

I was headed to public storage and figured i stop in to check out this place. Lets just say i never made it to Public Storage this place was so clean i couldnt believe it. The office was very very clean and smelled really good and the guy Rob was very professional in explaining everything. Very professional and very helpful! I called the call center originally and had slight issue. But when I got to the location which was this one. Rob and Darond help cleared all the confusion up and got me set up with a unit for my movers to move my furniture into immediately. I will be passing the name around to everyone I know.
