While going through a transition phase isnt easy, its always good to be comforted by friendly smiling faces who can make you laugh through a difficult time. Though professional and a little rehearsed at first Heather was able to show me a unit almost as fast as I came in she asked a bunch of questions about what I was storing and at first i was like "lord why is she asking all these questions?" but she kinda saw how I looked at her and said to me "I know this seems tedious but these questions will help me find the right size space for you!" I calmed down and she found a space and made sure that it was still in my price range even suggesting bags for my mattresses which i never thought of...even though I couldnt afford to buy them it showed how much she cared about getting me situated. Meanwhile when I was moving in Another helpful employee Donnie or Donald helped me when I was having problems finding the light in the C building. Overall I was a little skeptical based on the location but the staff proved to me that they are better then the surrounding area and customer service and appreciation still exists thanks again public storage staff outstanding work your newest C building tenant.

I only give this place 5 stars because of the great customer service that I received from Heather for the short period that I needed my things here yes she is very knowledgeable of her job explains everything in detail she is da bomb!!! But on another note THIS PLACE OWES ME MONEY!!! for a check that I wrote a whole year ago that was deposited after 3 months of writing, who does that!!! If I write you a check deposit it while theres still money in the account not 3 months later causing a overdraft in my account, its wild because I actually moved out in time so that I wouldnt even owe the money that public storage still nicely deposited in there account and I am still fighting for 187.00 dollars a whole year later, this is ridiculous!!! And I will never use PS ever again in life, I wont even refer no one here because of this matter!!! I have tried to get my money through Clinton Markwell, still no money!! Its no way possible that this should take a whole year!! Cant convince me, but theres no sympathy here at all for the paying customer, I bet if I owed them this long I wouldve gotten all type of interest thrown in there

I am a business owner and often find myself needing to deal with many different storage facilities in the area to store my over-stock. I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional customer service I received from Stephanie and Donald during my visit to their store that from now on this will be the only facility I use. They were both very helpful and innovative, sharing great ideas with me through their experience on the best way to maximize the space I was renting so that everything fit into a smaller unit than I had originally planned on renting which in return saved me almost an extra $80 a month off of a larger storage space.This storage facility is undoubtedly one of the best Ive seen as far as cleanliness and organization also. If you are looking for superb service this is the place to go, i would recommend it to everyone for their storage needs.

I walked in today looking for a place for storage very last minute. The property agents were very friendly. Shanika was very efficient and showed me models of the spaces that I was very unsure of needing. When we walked back desmond I believe was very encouraging in helping with the decision of which space would be best appropriate and making sure i took advance of the auto pay because I am very forgetful. Overall, it was a great, fast experience and although I will only be using the facility for a few months I would definitely store here again.

Came in today and Heather was everything plus AmazBalls!!!!! Courteous,insightful,super nice, and informative!!!!! She goes the extra step she supported me with the tools I need to keep my stuff packed property (boxes are on the higher end) however they were totally worth it my mover was like daaaaang thisbare nice boxes lol anyway great job Ms Heather keep up the good job !!!! PS give this girl a raise $$$$$$ she more then earned it!!!!!

Customer service excellent but move out terrible mice boo boo roaches and something in the ceiling all over my stuff they told me the only way you can have the storage is to have insurance my insurance without me knowing cause I was late with a payment please make sure you have insurance every time you pay even when you late one person told me one thing and another said different please check all your property before you leave!!!!!!!

Was greeted by Brittany and Tylisa had very excellent customer service. Was in a crunch to get my things in storage and Brittany assisted with the right storage that I need. Give me lots of details for the different prices and locations of other public storages.and she also explained that she was two months out of training very excellent she knew her job and owned.very pleased with her service she made my day better.

I would like to acknowledge Heather and Donald for their outstanding service my daughter and I received yesterday 12/16/14 !!!! great teamwork was obviously displayed and it worked in such a manner that i was amazed esspecially since it is afterall eastover even when i wasnt able to find a unit at their location Heather checked another property with a rate i couldnt say no to. 5stars guys 5stars

Even though I chose not to rent, the young lady Tyleesa begged me to do a review after I complimented her for her patience with me. I know I am very indecisive, but she took her time and I felt as if she would go beyond for me. Showing me multiple units and jokes along the way. All in all, it may not be the best location but I enjoyed my experience while It lasted. Tyleesa I hope this helps!!!!

Upon arriving here at public storage I MEGIBBS was met by Brittany Herron with a warm smile and bright personality. She gave me all the pricing details of getting a storage here; as well as being knowledgable of surrounding storage companies. I ended up reserving a unit at this location and asked her for a comment card and was given her phone to place this comment. Superior customer service!!!!

This location is great. The rep Sharneka was extremely knowledgable of each unit that they had available and what could fit in each unit properly . I told her what I needed to store and she knew exactly what unit I needed and it fit my budget (so excited). They even had a lock on site for purchase so I did not have to drive to another store to purchase one (kudos) to that.

I recommend this storage place due to the staff and the work see them doing when ever i visit. They always welcome partial payments and these guys are also great at giving storing advice. I thought i should transfer but One of the managers Allen said just to reorganize my boxes and watch the difference.... and Thank the Lord how much of a difference it made
