I was in desperate need of a storage on Sunday October 4th when I called around to get the best deal for my dollar when I spoke to Assistant Store Manager Jade. I admit to being a lil rude because of my situation which I was upset that I had to move on a Sunday just as I got off of work. Jade handled my rudeness in a way that made me respect her even more she didnt get upset not once nor did she huf or puff or smack her teeth lol. I had called about 10xs in a row and once she heard my voice each time she answered with the same tone with professionalism. I was even late getting to the storage facility, they close at 5pm on Sundays and I had called around 4:15 to see what time they close and she told the last appointment is at 4:30 well I got there around 4:55 or so because I was coming from Virginia but before I arrived she called me just to make sure I was coming and as soon as I got there I she showed me the unit ASAP then went on to do the paper work. I love the fact that she actually took into consideration of what I told her my situation was and she handled it like a true PRO! All smiles on my end and I told her if theres anything I can ever do to help her I would with no hesitation because she looked out for me! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THANKS JADE!

Overall the experience left the impression that the facility was very practical and useful. The location was extremely convenient, which is biased since I was moving out of Whitehall Square 500 feet down the road. The staff (Janay) was knowlegeable (if she tells you to buy furniture covers for your couch and loveseat, listen!!!) as well as efficient, helpful, and humorous. They also give you a lock to keep, which surprised me. They accept cash as well as other forms of payment, providing multiple options. One of the more surprising features of this facility was that it stood out so clearly from the rest of the buildings along Suitland Road due to its appearance: it looks much newer, brighter and cleaner than the surrounding buildings.

The manager Donna is SUPERLATIVE. I am from the Northeast and so am unfamiliar with the area and new to aspects of establishing a business account. Donna and her team at this facility were amazing! The efficiency, the knowledge the procedures and of what facilities were available to us were an Extremely pleasant surprise after having dealt with other (less helpful)companies in the past. All the knowledge and proficiency were matched with an extremely friendly and helpful attitude - That was more welcome than i can convey. I feel confident in our business choice and in our future dealing with Donna and Public Storage ---THANK YOU

I originally reserved a unit online and seriously under-estimated my needs. Japera took the time to listen to what I was trying to do and helped me find a solution! I am pretty particular when it comes to what I want and Japera was patient and found a unit that was perfectly suited for me. She kept in mind my budget, location I needed and frequent easy access; Japera took all of those things into consideration and I really appreciated her for it. It seems like companies have forgotten the importance of customer service but I see Public Storage on Suitland Rd has not. I will be referring others to you! Thanks Japera

I love everything about this property. Japera has the best customer service ive ever recieved at any place in maryland dc area. I just moved here like a month ago and was skeptical about renting a unit but japera made me feel so comfortable and assured me that locks are checked every day. The units and property are very clean. By far the best choice ive ever could of make by picking a storage unit. I definitely recommend this property for anyone needing somewhere to safely and securely put there precious belongings and make sure you ask for Japera.

I did an online request and Tylisa called me within 10 mins of doing my request. Very professional and a wonderful attitude. Very helpful when I came in the next day to view the site and pay for the unit. Move in was great. Within a few days received a call from Jade asking how my move went and if I had any questions, please feel free to contact them at the office. Tylisa and Jade made my move in very pleasant. Those young ladies ROCK!

Ms. Donna was awesome her customer service skills are wonderful. Upon arriving to the property she got up greeted me with a smile ask me what I was storing room by room. Upon completing everything she went out in all this heat and showed me how to use my gate code. She really turned my bad day into a wonderful experience today I will be glad to recommend this location to family and friends because of her great customer skills and smile

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly lady by the name of Jade. She was very helpful and informative. She also went out of her way to tell me more about the area. I just rented with public storage Jonathan and shawnell was great Jonathan showed me a unit and shawnell was very detailed oriented on my storage needs. Oh Jonathan was very patiently with me because this was my first rental he showed me two units. I would recommend anyone to come to suitland road public storage and rent from shawnell and Jonathan.
