Me encantó venir a rentar una unidad a EZ Storage en takoma park MD el personal es muy amable, me atendieron en mi Idioma. El señor Luis y José son los mánagers pero no parecesiera porque son muy amables, la chica Génesis quien fue la que me atendió se portó muy profesional, y te explican todo con detalle. Le doy 5 estrellas definitivamente se los recomiendo!!!

We have had our stuff in storage there for over three years and the staff have been very helpful throughout. This week, decided to downsize from a 10x20 to a 10x10. The staff made it easy. There was a problem in their system in that it showed the new 10x10 unit as unoccupied, but it actually was. The team didnt leave us hanging. They immediately set out to find another 10x10 climate controlled unit and we were good to go within 10 minutes. I was particularly impressed with their "problem solving" attitude.

Omg I love Luis Sanchez & Juanita Trinidad they are absolutely wonderful and just amazing couple. They are always respectful and kind and you can always count on them to answer all of your dying questions concerning your storage unit. Furthermore, there customer services is superb and when they are not at work I truly miss them. I love them so very much and I will recommend each and every to visit and get a storage unit at their location.
