I strongly urge you to find an alternative storage space with an existent customer service or without deceptive practices. I spoke to a very nice woman there to sign me up originally. But to her fault she completely misinformed me about the length of the storage subscription. The amount I paid was apparently for less than the duration that she had EXPLICITLY told me it was (like I said she was very nice and I was talking to her for awhile). When I found this out, I went to talk to the manager. First off he was unable to tell me who the woman who signed me up was (apparently it was incorrectly written up under HIS name). Then he said his hands were tied with basically any issues regarding payment of the units (but i thought he was the manager?) and that I had to call corporate. Well not to my surprise, calling "corporate" leads nowhere, absolutely impossible to get anything but a canned response out of these people. Even the "corporate" supervisor, it was like she literally couldnt say anything off her script and did not understand my situation at all. So to recap, an employee can basically tell you anything, including lying to you, to get you to sign a contract (which violates intent to deceive laws) with no accountability on that persons part. Customer service is nonexistent and it it is impossible to dispute ANYTHING within the company. Your only option in this case would be to take them to court which obviously isnt cost effective in most cases. Its simply a deceitful corporation that will do anything to separate you from your money. There any plenty of smaller storage unit operations that will treat you like a human being. I suggest to there instead.

Unethical business practices!!! Everything was all fine and dandy, until there was a glitch and my payment didnt go through. But they dont tell you when there is an error, or that you have a past due amount. they charge you a $20 late fee and then a $50 lockout fee and then an additional $10 because they had to charge the lockout fee. So $80 in late fees for ONE late payment...And no one can help you. The customer service representative was rude, didnt even ask my name or account information, just said you didnt pay, you pay the fees. Went into the facility to talk to someone. The lady I spoke with said there was nothing she could do,I cant do anything, "they" wont fix it, they never do. When I asked for a manager, he was more courteous, but still couldnt do anything and no one from corporate would be available (they cant even call them, only email.) I asked for him to email my information, he said they should call me the next day. Guess who never got a call??

Horrible experience with this company, their customer service representatives are rude, and as stated before, they dont tell you when there is an issues....I ended up paying twice in one month and I talked 4 different people and got 4 different answers but know one could get me my 190.00 extra payment. .......please go somewhere else this is not a customer friendly company

Really clean, very nice staff, and plenty of carts to help you move stuff from your vehicle to your unit. Even the movers I hired to help me move things into my unit said that it was one of the two nicest storage places theyd visited in the last year.

Excellent customer service, low rates, very very clean. I had a rather tricky situation regarding when I had to start and end my rental and the woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and found a solution for me that didnt cost much at all.

eZStorage may be one of the most deshonest corporate company in the market. Very sad that companies like this are allowed to overcharge costumers for almost double without making sure that at the very least their costumers know about it.
