The experience has been great so far after about 3+ years. Easy access to my storage unit. Set up was a breeze and auto-paying via direct debit is hassle-free. My only complaint, and this is why Im not giving 5 stars, is that the cost increases are frequent. Im afraid at some point I will need to move my things to another company so I can start at a lower rate again. For now though, Im happy with my experience.

This is not a good storage place they just want to sell your things! Who do not give out reminders? No invoices? No bills? Nothing not even a one time waive a fee! Brentwood need to retrain Heather her customer service is not good at all remember customers are always right... I will be sharing on every social media site

I initial chose EZ Storage Brentwood because they had the best prices but then after being here for a short period of time I discovered that it is meticulously maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have now been here for 4 years and I couldnt be more satisfied with this location.
