On their business card it said office hours are 9am - 6pm Mon -Sat, and Gate Hours are 6am -11pm, Mon - Sun. Im here at U Store storage, and they are closed. The time is 10:16pm by the way I spoke to their rep for 10 min. I dont like companies who waste their member, or clients time. When people are paying for a service its important to put produce accurate information so they themselves can follow the rules.
