Very slow, very unprofessional. Uhaul as a corporation is very bad and unprofessional. Called about an issue and talked to lady with screaming baby on phone for 30 min. Got truck with wrong registration. If pulled over by police, I know I would have gone to jail. On phone for hours. No ink for printer, cannot get receipts at desk, email only. Just poor customer service all around.

Took over an hr to get my reserved truck. Then was threatened to tow my car bcz I came alone so I had to come back for my car. Rep didnt give me my discount bcz he didnt know how. Bought the truck back and was charged for gas even though they had it marked wrong. Sucks

Worst exeperience. Do not use this place. Was told to show up at 730am for a hitch installation. One guy working. Started job, took other customers who came in, and then left to buy a tool. Terrible customer service. Do not use this place. Dont give them your money.

I did the "online checkin" option and went through the whole process only to find that when I arrived, there was a massive line and I was told that I still had to wait despite my online instructions saying I may pick up the key.

Terrible service. 4 visits to install a tow bar that was never there spite confirmation from the shop that parts and technician were there. I would not recommend this location. In fact AVOID IT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!

I had scheduled a pick up for 9:30am I got there 10 early just in case there was a line. When I got there it was lots off people waiting and only 1 person working the desk.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 2 people working very slowly on a Saturday. I have a reservation, cheked in online, and have still been in line for about 30 minutes.
