From day one it has been a mess!! My first impression greeted by keaira behind the desk with a night headscarf on at work. I reserved my unit online for 125.00 and was told by keaira that it was 198.00 and was a system error and I should not have been allowed to make the reservation. I than told her I spoke to someone and they confirmed the Amount days before.I immediately showed her the reservation on my phone.She contacted three managers who than attempted to tell me I was just wrong and it was not possible.Finally after being soo frustrated she called a district manager named Matt who than said she will honor the reservation I had. I left and told keaira I would return in one week to give her time to fix the issue. Approximately 1 week I contacted the office only for keaira to say it takes weeks to fix and I need to pay a higher amount and than they will "credit"me. I told her that was not acceptable and asked her to contact someone to resolve my problem. She have me several numbers all of which directed me back to Julian the DM that is NOT available for customers. Keaira kept calling him on her line and coming back to me saying leave a voicemail. I then begged her to provide me with customer service and please just tell the uncaring DM on the other to please call so I can move in. In addition keaira asked me to sign the lease with the wrong amount and they will fix later . Needless to say I have yet to be contacted by Julian or the office to address my move in that is NOT possible due to their error. My advice have more caring employees your representative made clear what she could NOT do and was unwilling to take an extra step to assist me so I could get the unit. I have never experienced worst customer service and would have probably paid the increased amount or taken a smaller unit if the office had at least attempted to resolve my problem. Instead Keaira and Julian decided that the customer should be responsible for the office errors. As it stands the issue has not been resolved and Julian could care less. Thanks for wasting my time public storage of Randallstown. This is a representation of the service customers receive when they have a issue Id rather not do businesses here.

First please allow me to begin by saying "good customer service" is essential to the growth of any business. As a professional I recognized good customer service when I experience it. More over, excellent and stellar customer service impresses me tremendously. Thats what I experienced with the Public Storage company in Randallstown. From the time I made my appt. via on line to the completion when receiving my keys and contract. Let me just say that when I missed my appt. last week, I received follow up calls from the branch to reschedule. Now lets get to My in office experience. Kiara assisted us with our rental. She was personable and pleasant. She pleasant when answering all of my questions and concerns. She was walked us through the process and made important suggestions that would benefit us in the long run during our rental. Kiara is the key to customer service and business growth and productivity. THANK YOU Kiara for such a memorable and pleasant experience.

What started out as a great experience isnt that great after all. Was hoping to transfer units (same size, same price as adveritsed, but interior due to my items being stored) and was told that I couldnt. Less than three days later and not even moved in yet. I was told that the unit would be ok for my needs. It wont. I understand that they have contracts, but I did tell the property manager during my initial visit what I was storing and she suggested that the larger outside unit would be ok. I should have investigated more before making a final decision, but I still dont get why you just cant make a clean transfer without losing anything, especially when there is one available and its been such a short period of time. Hopefully I wont need to stay too long and I can find what I need elsewhere.

Let me start by saying, I have quite an experience under my belt with public storage facilities around the Baltimore area. I have moved a couple times and I have needed storage for my "extras" in between. This property is one of the best kept in the area. Erica, the site manager is fantastic!! Friendly, professional and approachable. The grounds are immaculate, in fact the inside of the facility is so clean, I feel like you can eat off the floors of this facility, from what I heard Erica uses bleach to clean her floors, so you probably could 8). If this is in your area and you need storage come here. You will love it as much as I did.

This is my second year storing my boat at this facility. One of the main reason for storing my boat here (again) is the excellent customer service that I received from Erica. Erica is very professional and knowledgeable. She makes the move-in process easy and painless. As for the facility.. it is well maintained, secured, conveniently located and easily accessible to me. The rates are comparable to other storage facilities in the area. However, unlike other storage facilities, the difference is the customer service. The customer service is/was top notch. Thanks Erica---job well done

I have dealt with this storage facility for about 4 yrs. I feel safe and confident with my stuff being secured with this company. Their on site manager, Erica is one of the best around. She is more than helpful and extremely good with customers. The are willing to work with you and accommodate the needs of the individual as well as answer any and all questions you may have. You really couldnt ask for a better staff. I would highly recommend this public storage facility before all others in area when someone is looking for a store their possessions.

Erica was beyond phenomenal today for me I was down on my look moving back to Randallstown and needed a storage facility that allowed me to move into quickly and have ample amount of space for my 2 bedroom apartment she helped me sort out how much stuff I actually had and placed me in big enough space. Erica has great customer service and very attentive to each and every customer needs that she interacts with if I had to get storage again I would not only choose public storage but I will choose the liberty road location in particular.

I had the absolute best experience with the customer service associate at the Public Storage facility in Randallstown. Though I am an infrequent user of our storage unit, each time I visit I am made to feel like a member of a family. Erica is always bright and bubbly with a smile to match her tone. This is my second time using this location in 5 years. The young lady that handled my reservation (Erica) is the best. She was very professional and accommodating. I was given a courtesy call prior to my arrival and was greeted with a smile. She took her time explaining the lease details and making sure I had ALL of my supplies for the move. I look forward to another great relationship with Public Storage. My unit was big enough for all of my things. Clean and very secure............thanks again Erica!
