After 15 years of using several storage companies in Greater DC, I came across Uncle Bobs storage a little over three years ago. It has been a wonderful discovery! The facilities are clean, the personnel very very kind (special kudos to Ms Patricia, a wonderful, helpful lady!!) and I never had any problem. After years of books eaten by rodents, insects infesting my clothing, broken lifts, rude personnel and scary environment at many other companies, this has been an incredible, unexpected surprise. Bravo!
