My service experience at the Mini U Storage across from Capital Plaza. 2 times I had to wait at the counter to be helped while their finished playing their board game moves. 2 times my unit was mistakenly pad locked for non-payment when I generally paid in advance. The straw that broke the camels back was when they compromised my safety and security by giving my Drivers License ID TO SOMEONE ELSE AND ALLOWED THEM TO LEAVE AND TOLD ME THE LADY DIDNT DRIVE AND IF I NEEDED IT BACK RIGHT AWAY THEY COULD GET PERMISSION FROM HER TO GIVE ME HER LICENSE AND TAKE IT TO HER IN TRADE. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, I WAS ONLY OFFERED A SMALL DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT MONTHS STORAGE.

We received awesome customer service and free use of their moving truck which was extremely useful! Their storage facilities are truly affordable as their competitors were charging a minimum of 50% more. No problems here...nothing but love for the staff! Give them a call or better yet, just stop in! If you need safe storage solutions, give Mini U Storage a try...youll get a lot of bang for your hard-earned buck!

I used to live nearby and need yo rent a storage unit when I was downsizing customer service pretty good. I have a hall unit so Im only have access to it when the establishment is open. Be careful if you payment is late a day they will put a padlock on your unit. They also have free truck rental. I believe its for first-time renters. They sell locks boxes and tape.
