I am writing this review after visiting the Forestville CubeSmart location with my mother (actual CubeSmart customer). My mom was looking to downsize her unit two weeks ago. Terrence Ross helped set my mom up with the rental truck we used to move a few items out of her old unit. I questioned the companys policy about providing gas receipts when returning the rental truck. Terrence was very professional and provided reasonable responses. He also gave great suggestions on how to dispose of unwanted items. I returned to the CubeSmart location yesterday to help my mom move into her new smaller unit. Upon my late arrival, I discovered my mom was all moved in. She raved about Terrences stellar customer service. Terrence helped my mom pick out the right size unit to help her save a few dollars. My mom was thoroughly impressed that when she went to access her new unit, the codes at the gates and doors were working right away. Terrence even went above and beyond by helping my mom move a few of the larger, heavier items. When we were preparing to leave, Terrence came outside to follow-up and ensure everything worked out. My mom and I are truly appreciative to Terrence for all of his help. I even noticed that he greeted another customer by name as this individual exited the car. As a customer service representative myself, I love seeing another rep take pride in his/her work, go above and beyond what is required, and ensures the customer has a great experience. For this reason, I definitely recommend CubeSmart in Forestville. Be sure to ask for Terrence Ross!

The purpose of this letter is to formally and publicly commend David Gee for the excellent service he has provided me while working at the Cube Smart Self Storage at 3750 Donnell Dr. District Heights, Md. 20747. In my opinion, the level of services and support that Mr. Gee has extended to me and my family , has been far beyond my expectations. I have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case I was so impressed by the support and services provided by Mr. Gee that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. He truly deserves it ! In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence is virtually disappearing, the work that Mr. Gee is doing should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. What particularly impresses me about the level of services and support provided by Mr. Gee that there is no additional financial rewards involved. First let me say Thank You for such a very positive moving experience; all the way from the move-in to our move out. CubeSmart will always be my choice in the future, for all my storage needs. The customer service is on point with all the staff. Terrence Ross makes you feel like family with him; he is very personable and professional with a strong attention to detail. Jennifer and Frederick, they were great too. They are a Great Team and play well off each other with their customer service. I see how this team is so great at their jobs, they act like family too as though working there is not necessarily a job but something they enjoying doing; them actually making their customers happy in all aspects of their moving experience. I have used other storage facilities numerous times, but I have never experienced this quality of customer service at any of them. It has truly been a pleasure working with CubeSmart (Donnell Drive) as a company and most of all their staff. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends. My experience with this location started off a little rocky, however once the store manager Frederick Ballinger looked into my situation things started going right. He continuously checked in with me, updated me on the progress and gave me his word that he would look into things and he did just that. He fixed the original issue and went above and beyond with his customer service. Its nice to know that customer service still exist and that there are people like Frederick still around. I greatly appreciate his help, dedication and constant communication with me. I highly recommend the staff as well as the location as they truly treat you as a valued customer and work for you, instead of the company.

I recently rented a storage space at this location and I am very happy with this business. David was there and greeted me as soon as I came through the door. He provided the best customer experience I have had in long time from any business. He patiently explained to me how the everything worked and what my options were. The building is very clean and felt secure to me. When I went there I was originally just going to check to see if the facility was what I wanted but after the excellent treatment from David I decided to go ahead and get a storage space right away. The prices are reasonable and the customer service cannot be beat. Thank you so much David. You are awesome!

The customer service I received from the manager Terrence Ross was absolutely outstanding. I walk in CubeSmart and immediately I was greeted with the warmest welcome. The office was very clean and the staff very helpful. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. Terrence assured me that my personal items would be safe and secured. He gave me tour and explained the process and what to expect. I walked in the office with doubt about leaving my items in storage, but after the outstanding service I received I am happy and comfortable with trusting CubeSmart with storing my items. My experience at CubeSmart was very professional, friendly and inviting. The facility was nicely equipped with information, clean, secure and lighten through-out the center. Mr. Terrence Ross was my representative, our experience started before I even enter the door but over the telephone about two hours prior to getting there. He was very professional over the phone and friendly. Once I got to CubeSmart I was greeted at the door. I would recommend CubeSmart to anyone who is looking for a storage facility with good customer service. You wont be disappointed.

Terrance has exceptional customer service! Ive housed my belongings at this particular storage unit because I feel that the staff here care about the up keep of the Facility. Terrance is ALWAYS pleasant and available to provide knowledge about the storage units. Whether its a call into the Facility; or, if I drop pass in person, Terrance is always attentive to my needs. Terrible customer service. They request an insane amount of personal information without being able to provide ANY written policy stating why the information was needed. Their answer was invariably "thats just our policy". I call the district manager, Steve Early, three times and left him two voice messages. I never received a call back. We contacted cubesmarts legal department multiple times to no avail. This company is a disaster. Find another place for storage!
